Skin I had sitting around on my hard-drive and finally decided to finish. Also, the skin path really does spell of ot in one place, so be careful when writing this bad boy to the right path.
Set the location to this:
Units\NightElf\DruidOfTheTalon\DruidottheTalon.blp
The skin will replace the following unit/doodad/texture/interface:
