Hi there again, WC3WOW is not dead,
In fact, we are working really hard (we've finnally found triggerers) to finnish the 1st release, beta of course, and demo.

It will include more than 18 fully playable maps:
Ashenvale (Ashenvale East / Ashenvale West),
The Barrens (The Barrens North / The Barrens South),
Mulgore (Mulgore North / Mulgore Central / Mulgore South / Brambleblade / Palemane Rock / Thunderbluff capital city),
Durotar ( Valley of Trials / Durotar South / Durotar Central / Durotar North / Orgrimmar capital city / Sen'Jin Village / Echo Isles),
Teldrassil (Shadowglen / Dolanaar / Darnassus capital city),

All the races and classes selection working, and hopefully, new systems and quests

The screens are from the map im currently working on, Ashenvale - East, it includes the Splintertree post, a small camp where The Horde prepares raids against Astrannar, altought complex raids maybe wont be in the demo version.

"Ashenvale Forest is a wilderness region south of Darkshore and Felwood, west of Azshara, and north of the Stonetalon Mountains and the Barrens. It is the ancestral homeland of the night elves, who remain in control of several holdings through they zone, including Astranaar, Maestra's Post, Silverwind Refuge, and the Shrine of Aessina. The Horde has more recently established a settlement in the western part of the woods - Splintertree Post - as well as a smaller camp on the western beach - Zoram'gar Outpost"

The team (Active members only):

-Nasrudin (Project leader / Modeller and Skinner)
-Freakazoid (Triggerer)
-Shadow1500 (Triggerer)
-Shados (Triggerer)
-Archian (Skinner)
-Me (HernanG) (Terrainer / lil' map triggerer)

Hope u enjoy the screens

Yes.

He rocks, doesnt he?

@richie lich: Nop, in fact, Ashenvale fog is dark blue, while Teldrassil fog is purple. These are 2 different forest, located in different places of Kalimdor.

Mmm, no, Ashenvale's fog is more near azure than dark blue. Please see if it looks better with it. ;)

Are u REALLY sure?

Maybe the fog turns out a bit purple near the West coast, in the NE side.

These screens are from the near Orgrimmar forest (Warsong War camp, Splintertree post, Satynaar)

It's purple in Teldrassil; I know for sure it's azure in the western ashenvale, I guess it goes darker in the central regions then.

HernanG, looks promisig, but the same request, as always, more tile variation and more plants, please.
The arcs look very "daedric". Respect for Nasrudin
Question to him: do they use ingame or custom textures. If custom, who made them?

Looks absolutely awsome but do you think you could have a WoW screeny next to one of your WIII screenies.
