WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!11oneexclamation!!11! Those are sweet, just a little too much fog (hard to see much). Just make the fog start at about 7000 and end at 10000 (max farclip dist) or something. You can also set a camera's farclip to more.

i mean i'll terrain the tiles, it does not need custom models. :)

btw, nice mulgore. but somehow it gives me the feeling of emptiness.

Is that a stone bridge ? You might want to replace that with a wood bridge. Last time I was in the bete I recal it being a wooden bridge. Could be wrong though.

On a side note. I really like Mulgore the way you did it. It really gives me the WoW feeling.

that fog is for screenshot purpose only :P that was 0 to 12500. In the gameplay, the 3rd person camera farclip is at around 3500-4000, so I set the fog to 2500/3500-4000/4500.
Do you know how to modify farclip?

K. You can change the farclip under "FarZ" in the camera settings, I think. Here is the intro for the tauren and It shows a fly-by of some of Mulgore if you need some ideas ;) .

System update:
you now may change in-game camera clipping,
"-clip 3000" for best performance, low view distance
"-clip 6000" for better performance, standard view distance
"-clip 9000" for quite fast PC, better view distance than clip 6000
"-clip 12000" for fast PC, best view distance (maybe 10K, not 12K)

can you just add some pictures of the heroes etc.?

ARRGGH!! beaontony! here, use this path for the good grass for WoW!

Here are the paths for the grass:

these paths are all free and you don't need to import a model (these are hidden models in warcraft!) and they are a lot more WoW style then those yellow ugly grass things...


Still it's a good picture (especially the buildings) i would make it fuller with dodads etc. because there are still to little doodads. i would consider as well to make your own ground textures that look more like WoW mulgore.


Although it's a good map and go on like this ;) :)

Looks much better with this sky. But the fog is too bright, and the terrain could still use a bit more of vegetation\rocks\detail IMO.

Ps. are there human outposts in mulgore?

Hey Nas, where've you been? ^^

unfortunately, there's almost no rock in mulgore. Only grasses, several dead trees, and fur trees. I'll make the fog darker. Yes, fogged sky is perfect for mulgore.

Human outpost? -.-' dunno... dranei? fetmacs? any comments?
based on the map, there's ravaged caravan near the stonebull lake. But I don't have any idea about it. what is it in ravaged caravan area?

Beantony: There are no human camps in Mulgore. I'll look into the caravan.
Smith: That is Sen'Jin. Don't know how big it is. I found that pic on the net (It might be a side-view or something and only show some of Sen'Jin).

Sen'Jin is a quite small troll village, but if you make it larger from the real one, that's okay :P btw, could you add kolkaar crag area on the west/southwest of SenJin? kolkaar crag is an area, similiar to a ravine (small path with high cliff around the path), but again, I don't really know what is it in there.
