So far, public opinion is good. Played 5 games. Found a few bugs, only one major.

Protectors don't die or move when the Advocate of the Crescent is killed. Protector STILL *@(#%ing lags, though not nearly as bad. Sentinel's Spell Steal apparently doesn't work(nobody used him in the previews, didn't get tested)

I'm hosting a D/L only game of this on Azeroth while I sleep. If anybody wants to do the same on the other servers, go ahead!

EVERY game has been won by head count, lol. Might need to up the # required to win.

Hey man i would support you right now all day! cuz im working on my map... but i cant cuz i have a router and my bro uses the net even more than I do! but i did visit ur game u werent there i stayed for a while telling ppl to host or their pubic hairs would start burning until it got to their skin wherein it would start spreading to the inside :cool:

okay couple quick things I noticed with protector while I was playing. 1, if the advocate dies with it in effect, the protectors hang around in the spot she dies. And 2, protector lags the game HORRIBLY. Atleast it did for me...

Im not sure if anyone already said this but... y dont u lower the AMOUNT of protectors.... to what theres 8 now right? how about 6.... that should bring the lag down a bit right?

-- then you could just change the amount of damage the remaining protectors do to compensate.

hey Zoi, heres what I have to say bout your map:

-Too slow:
this is the biggest problem, like we saw, the game could last forever, luckily you made it so at 50 kills you win, but the main goal should be destroying the enemy castle, as this is what its about: supporting your troups so they can go ferther.
To make it faster, first you should remove all the towers that aren't next to the bases, and add some towers to the bases, becoz it slows down stuff incredibly, as they are hard to kill and theres loads of them, plus its not so fun fighting under towers, wherever you are. The cpu controlled units have a bit too much hp, specialy the ghouls/footmen. The map is a bit too big too, i dont think you ll change that, but it is a problem, and slows down stuff.
towers are too strong, high hp and very high dammage, you cant go in an enemy base unless you got like all the team with you or are level 15, which isnt possible atm. Items are a bit expensive, as there arent so much units to kill on each side, towers take care of them too easily thus, your town never gets attacked which isnt fun, and you dont get to kill alot. maybe add more units on each side, but less strong...

the other thing that i didnt like so much, even though its not very important, is the fact that the shops are units, i think it looks much better as buildings, my opinion.

-dont forget the hero glow, i can give the pack to u if you dont have it...

A part from that everything seemed great, nice spells nice units, and lots of fun. gj and good luck with the rest.

Yes i forgot to remind u zoi, if i said i was going to, about the hero glows i know i mentioned it when we played... its not really a requirement more or less its just really purdy and aits a downer when ur all proud of your hero then this guy walks by and hes got a glow! and ur hero looks down and dont see no glow and goes like this: :(

Ultramagnetic: Thanks for hosting. Hopefully the Sentry's lag and bugs are fixed.

Desty: Thanks for the feedback. Most of it was addressed in this new version. Hero glows will be added later, when I have time.

Jarlaxle: The beta is now public. I'm attaching the new version in this post.

Ok, I've spent about 2 hours trying to fix stuff since I've been home. This is what I've come up with for beta version 1.2:

The Eleventh Hour beta version 1.2
----- Gameplay Changes -----
- Added a trigger to distribute disconnected players' gold to remaining players on their team. This has not been tested.
- Head Count victory is now 75 points, up from 50.

----- Balance Changes -----
- Normal tower damage reduced to 60-65 from 75-80.
- Changed Sentry to 2 units, with lowered attack cooldown and increased damage. Duration is now 120 seconds, but cooldown is still 180. This will hopefully reduce lag caused by this spell. Mana cost reduced to 150. The sentries will now die when the Advocate dies.
- Inferno now deals a 0.5 second stun to prevent multiple hits from one casting.
- Meteor Storm damage to buildings reduced(hopefully).
- Avatar of Bahamut level 3 dragon damage lowered slightly.
- Freezing Arrow and Explosion Arrow damage has been reduced to 50 target and 25 splash.
- Arrow of the Damned cooldown increased.
- Poison Sting inital damage lowered to 100/175/250.
- Pike Slam's cooldown increased to 20 seconds, and damage from hitting objects reduced to 50 from 100.
- Flash of the Blade's damage reduced to 100/175/250, and cooldown increased to 20 seconds. Mana cost lowered to 100 from 110.
- Feedback destroyed mana increased to 5/10/15 per hit.
- Defile's damage lowered from 125 to 100 per hit.
- Elysian Assault's damaged lowered to 40 per shot.

----- Corrections / Fixes -----
- Fixed an bug with Soul Theft working on hero corpses, causing them to be permanently killed.
- Life Drain tooltip now displays the correct hotkey.
- Sentinel's Spell Steal has been replaced by Preservation, an Inner Fire edit. Gives +10 armor and 100% life regeneration for 120 seconds.

Why is your map protected? Although i know one reason is to prevent people stealing your map...

I want to learn some triggers from you, is that ok if you teach me some trigger-based spell?

Hey Ak47! I've been kinda busy with school this week, so development on the map has been slow. The tsunami ultimate I wanted to give the Naga Sea Witch didn't turn out quite as I had planned, so I am trying to fix that. Also, my ideas for a few wards for the Shadow Hunter did not turn out so good as well (I tried using the skull on stick doodad for one, and then planned on giving it an area so that I could attack green fire to its head. Didn't work >.<)

Other than that, the only progress I've gotten is a new spell for the Paladin. Not much at all. I'll need to get an updated version to you sometime today or tomorrow, maybe. Also, did the Avian Allies skill not work out? It wasn't included so I wasn't sure. :)
