dude shade him down, darken rgb or something or screw with contrast and brightness. you obviously just recolored the priest and it gave a very bright color because the priest skin is bright itself.

You mean gmax can't export? That explains a lot...heh I feel like an idiot.

Cains cloak is grey, and his staff is basically a stick, (not straight and brown), nice job with the face though.

i've redone the skin but i will have to wait till i can edit the model b4 i change the staff

You can't make his stick all curvey, the stick doesn't have the verticies.

U dont have to edit model, just use alphas to cut out bits of his staff.

you could, but it will leave gapping holes in his staff, not very pretty indeed. Perhaps try attaching a different weapon, I know zzzz did it with his tidus model.

For Cain, just make his cloak grey, and make his staff brown. Doesnt matter if its straight. PLEASE I NEED THROKK!!
