ok im curious about the leveling system and spell system and all that stuff... is it going to be unique? or is it going to be straight up wc3 style? what u could do is base a bunch of stats on variables and then have commands to view ur stats...and have the variables increase everytime u do something related to it...

and u should also make ur character able to change wepons at any time...

as we don't want to tell you to much because it makes the game a lot less funny to play but i can tell that the spella and leveling system will be uniqe*

like, a warrior uses a sword, then this warrior can use a bow?
then when he accquires the bow, his attacks will be ranged?

Yes, your character will be able to browse through his availible weapons, also during battle, and every weapon will show up on your character.

theres a weapon system in the old tut section, maybe he´ll use that. too bad I don´t have a link now.

Nope, first of all, it's Blizzballs who's doing the triggers, don't ask me, I'm just the terrainer guy, anyway, I can tell you that we will have completely new systems, but we may borrow some ideas from the other weapon systems, hell, it's gonna be one hell much credits. hehe.
I am currently also trying to figure out a wounding system with bleedings etc.

I have an idea 4 that.

make a character with(out) a sword (for example).Then when he pick up a sword make a trigger that creates a sword at the hand of the character. it is quite simple.

I can (gladely) inform you that I now have got 3d studio max 5, and I will take a break in terraining and go 100% training on modelling so we can have kickass models, too. :>
