I go with the vast underground mining network/CITY...has to be city...

How about a huge human port/market area

iunno if these r possible but if they are theyd be a challenge to make but i think theyd turn out cool.
1.the future(what you think the future will look like)
2.an amusement park

I dont wanna read all terrain suggestions so I don't know if anyone already said this:
Any famous building

Examples: Eiffle Tower, Coluseum, Parthenon, Petrona Towers, The statue of liberty.
And of course you could make something else than those above...

Space fel orc base on a random planet...

It shouldn't just be a starbase, but a space orc base from the era of scientific warlockry and fusion-powered catapults.

A city under construction, because we always make terrain about cities in all of their glory. This could be fun to make a city that's getting there,
