Freakazoid! How were you able to add 16 Different Terrain Tiles into the Tileset?!!

Ok, i sent the map to riddle.

How will we make the map system.

Yes, used WEU ;) , a terrainers dream

We could make specific regions over the towns at the world map, and when you enter it a dialog shows. Then it will ask you would you like to go to at the town, or something like that.

Map system sounds good to me frekazoid nice and simple just like it is in final fantasy 7.

Well...in FFVII you only have to enter the city (without a dialog box poping up) :D

(thats even more simplier)

But less efficiant ;)

What if you don't know if it is a town, or you just want to see the name of the area? he, he would you enter a "Death Vally" with a level 1 hero?

Yeh i know its not what happens in FF7 but there are several benifits.

1 - The name of the area can be displayed.
2 - You can choose to enter at a specific area (liek if there are two entrances to the town)
3 - Perhaps even an auto travel funtion to mini-games

My computer works now, since I formated.
I did save the files i wanted to keep.
Will start working on the battle system again tomorrow.
WEU. Is it possible to convert a UMSWE into that? If not i'll have to start over...
The popup dialog is a must in the campaign. That's one thing that was incredebly disturbing.
Like when you've just left a town, and the screen fades to black and you don't know which direction you're facing, when it fades back into the game and you persume that you're facing a direction that leads away from the town you walk back into it.
What about the "crude" version of the materia system? Is it coming?

If any of you feel that you have been given a too simple task just tell me.

Since my other sigs were too big i made smaller.

Nice, You can convert UMSWE to WEU, but you can't covert WEU to UMSWE, confusing isn't it o_O .

Lets just say you can open a map from UMSWE in WEU if you hace UMSWE, duh..
But i don't have UMSWE, give me a link to UMSWE.

Ah sorry SKrik i havn't made much progress with the crude system cause of school and stuff (geez i beeter not get F**King homework over the cristmas holidays) I set it out but as far as triggering goes well....not much sorry.

If there is a rough date of when you need it by please tell me and ill work extra hard :)

There's no rush on the materia system but you should do a little from time to time on it.

I've got my Wc3 up and running now.
Will be working on just that for a while now, so the rest of my assignments will be in idle state.

(Freakzoid) Sorry, haven't got you any screenshots of the Worldmap terrain.
(Zazzadar) Can you still not get msn?? Would really help. You too Freakzoid.
