Terrain contest!

JaNa, OMFG the waterfall thing is really awsome! How did u make it?

And here's my terrain. Snowland. It's for my LoT:TotG. That thing in the middle is a teleporter, that's where the hero will appear. :gsmile:

TheZaCrew... your snowy thing... dammit! The one with the wolf, I had almost the same thing in LoT first map entering cinematic - a wolf on the top of a rock staring a snowy landscape! :gsmile:
And that's what kind of terraining I need for the first episode... Dammit, you must be in my team!

If you need to refer to this image it can be found in this thread:"I'll tell you how I did the waterfall one.

1. I made the massive waterfall with rocks almost all over it.
2. I made the water below it and the shores and trees.
3. I made the rocks and bubbles emote_sweat on the bottom of the waterfall.
4. I made the villager men, have a flying height, and placed them. Then I made a trigger so they play dead. Then in the game I moved them somewhere and shot a screenie.
5. The camera? figure that out urself.;)

Now i'm gonna try making another screenie, since this crappy desert one that took me 30 mins didn't work :( unless I could give it to the terrain contest..Host and he could put it up in the "finals" :D plus if i could get fyredaug's FT ****ing world editor to work I could maybe make a really good one:bangH: :bangH: :bangH: :bangH: :bangH:

Here's some terrain from a map i recently made. One of my first attempts at making nice terrain .

Unfortunately, I can't get any more pics.

I could of got my upgraded computer (ooh ya) by yesterday, but stupid blackout closed the computer shop, meaning I have to get it today.

And my computer got bugged up penises so I had to clean up hard-drive, so everything but my cinematic maps are lost (yes, the mountain shot I made is long gone)

I'll get at least another shot after tomorrow.

jana can yuo attach your map that has waterfalll in it so i can see how you made it without a different editor?? nice job!:D

i guess i have to post 40 pics of different terrain to get noticed around here -.-

thx, nucnuc. I'll attach it. And this world editor addon is bugging me, everyone is using it here and doesn't give a **** that we want to use it too, I could make some great stuff with that :(
