Can you make modells from scratch or can you just MDL Edit?

I am currently not working on anything, The Editor is still busted (Some graphic problem), and yes I am still in...but kind of......late!

I CAN, however, make skins and send them to Juice to view them for you, that's the least I could do for now....

Voice Actiong, skinning and... modeling say, can you model from scratch or mdl edit only?

im doing some female unit, think a ranged or spellcaster unit. but if we would give her a sword or dagger i could be a assasin.
