The SGC NEVER use tanks. Mainly because they cant fit them though the Stargate. Did Promethius go on a diet? |

diet?? They don't need to fit... because they are build on offworld.. It needn't to be just like the tv show.... Be prepeard for situation where armada of BC303s suported with numerous F302s engage the Goa'uld fleet. It's gonna be total war not just small encounter on some insignificant planet... Isn't that larva soo cute ;) |

Prometheus has a hyperdrive anyways. Same with F/X-302s. I'm guessing that if they wanted to, they could make a tank specifically to fit through the gate, like how puddlejumpers are made for fitting in the gate. After all the first x-303 was built on earth. Still dont know where they got all the trinium for it. Though it seems the goa'uld never use tanks either, even though they have plenty of ships to get around with. Nice models again, tyk. The goa'uld looks cute, in an ugly kind of way. Though the serpent knight/jaffa looks kinda blocky right now. Of course, all war3 models look kinda blocky up close. ^_^ |

They 'could' do a lot of things. My point is, using tanks makes this inaccurate, and therefore a poor translation of Stargate. Quote:
That's just stupid. If they have the protection and resources to build a tank on a planet, that would suggest they control that planet, so why would they need it? |

Yea This is more like the right scale.... It don't need to be so "realistic" soo Tanks gonna stay;) |

I've finally found a successful way to make the type of music you want (I think) and I'm working on this song right now. I think you'll find a more much inproved song. It has no percussion yet (not sure how I should fit it in) and this is just more like the melody with a quick bass part and a Kick. Wanted to make sure this is good before I add more stuff to the song, like a real intro, percussion, and an eding. Enjoy! |

Sounds pretty good. I remember hating the music in the fleet commander demo. Sounded famliar though. |

Thanks. It will sound alot better when I'm done. Like I said it's missing alot of important elements, but I hope to somehow add them in. I'll try and make another song for the humans and stuff. A more kind of upbeat one like the terran ones in starcraft. ^_^ Thanks for the comment though. And in that demo. I think he used the music from the old stargate mod. Could be wrong. |
