cool works perfect, now I just needa get to work on a real pic :), cant wait. My rpg is almost done, just a few spells to edit, and alot more items, but items will be easy. I already added them all and named them. I just got to make the attributes to them.
I never did this b4 cuz In ROC the limit of adding stuff to items was 3things ex: dmg +15 dmg, dmg+5, dmg+15, u could never go more, and I was hoping it would be higher so I waited for FT, now its 4things lol 1MORE, but I guess it will do. I wish they woulda just made it infinte though, sorry to go off topic

:bgrun: I followed all the directions of the tutorial but when I test my map my loading screen is totally black. Any reasons? Is there a way to fix it? Has anyone actually got this to work?

Did you imported the tga files and then changed the path to none?

I guess your picture doesn't have an alpha channel.

Yes I did I imported them. What do you mean my pictures dont have an alpha channel? Can I fix that?

I did, did u set the custom loading screen under properties? Do u got the 4pictures, and the main thing? All named right with no typos?

Ok here is a little extra steps for you photoshop people who are having their loading screens show up black.


When you have all 4 of your TGA's open, goto WINDOW > Show Channels. In this box you should have 4 channels (RGB, Red, Blue, Green; doesnt have to be that order) now if there is a 5th channel called "Alpha 1" then leave it. If not make a new one and name it 'Alpha 1' making sure it is all black. If you click the little button to create a new one, it should already be set like that.

Now make sure your TGA's are saved in 32bit and then try importing again. I had the same problems and I found this to be the solution.
