Hm....It looks like you mostly do an effect then do a radial blur or Motion Blur....But it looks neat even if it's easy to do :D |

It would be cool if we could make backgrounds useing brcye 5. I love that program. |

lol, bryce isn't the most powerful son-of-a-bitch out there tho... But it's almost impossible to get 3d studio max both legally AND illegally, it's how much, 2000 bucks? Nemesis, pretty pretty radial blurs! I can do that, but you show the greatest skill in the original loading screen in the first post. However, who cares how easy it is, as long as it looks sweet? |

ooo.. very nice nem. but could you make the units bigger? there seems to be a lot of empty space.. so if its possible, could ya enlarge a couple of those units?.. if its too hard, or takes too long.. you dont need to tho.... but its still very nice. |

this a noob question =\ but i mean how do u get those units in the picture is it just copy and paste or is there like a secret way....let me know |

It would take awhile cause i dont have the pics of untis anymore and i would have to remake it. I am trying to add a border so it doesnt look so plain when in the loading screen. Quote:
I take a screenshot of the units and copy and paste em out. No secret. |

what do you mean copy and paste? do you extract them? or just use the wand and highlight it? |

The best way to for me to do it that blends in with any image is put the unit in the editor and make it flying then put it in the abyss or in the sky without a sky. Then I take a screen shot then in adobe i copy and paste it out and set layer mode to screen. Screen takes out black and blends in with background. |

Guest | Ain't all that goofy effect shit on Adobe great? |
| 07-21-2003, 03:36 PM | #29 |
but if you set it to screen.. wont the units become transparent too? so how do you get them to be "solid"? |
| 07-21-2003, 03:39 PM | #30 |
screen goes over black and if you have color under they will look transparent so if u have anything under it color it black. |
