Yeah - I was thinking about that archer ability
And the Terrorizing mind of of the Necromancer i Rebuffed it because it was WAY TOO WEAK. I didn't actually look at it =P
I will fix those in next patch of my map.

Thanks a bunch Laz for pointing out a few probs. I've seen a few complaints in the Templar which is understanderable but I'll see a way to nerf him.

Theres others like the Outlaw Marine with his angry mob ability and suicide bombers. But causing chaos and destruction is his purpose =P

<Next Patch Civilization Wars V.70 should be in by today if no interruptions for a while.> ¥^_^¥

PS - BTW what realm do you play in anyways Lazurus. Just interested - =P

hey Ak47_type_r everything that Lazurus says i agree. i have a couple of other comments also. The hero items that you can buy seem to me that they arent worth it. although they can give you a slight advantage over the other team it isnt much. Im not being mean at all because your map rules. me and lazurus play it a lot now. A question I had is if you are going to add more heros as the new versions keep coming. You heros already are amazing I just thought it would be cool to see more of them.

Yeah - Im going to fix the item balance problem.
Alot of people don't feel they need the market place items due to they useless ness . I will try to make custom ones and even try to make them in order of they valueness. This upcoming patch wont have new heroes but the missile reactors and few bug/hero changes. In the future I'm hoping the expand and make more heroes. I have alot of them in mind but for me - the heroes take the longest to make =P because i want them to be unique and different from the ones you see already in Bnet.
Patch won't come today as planned because so many people come to my house! But it will soon - I have the missiles done already - Now I'm debugging and fixing hero abilities and item prices. So look forward =)

The New Civilization Wars V.70 is finally released as promised.

It has many futures and updates.

Civilization Wars V.70

Updates:
Missile Reactors Added!
-The Sided Players (Blue-Yellow-Green-Light Blue) whose role in the battle was to flank or hold the side position from enemy attacks. Now they will have a more significant role with missile reactors where they can launch several aerial attacks.
Tower killing now grant experience!
Hero Abilities Modified!
-Shaman's Bugged Secondary Spells Fixed!
--Regrowth is finnally fixed to actually heal the target unit. (I Hope)
-Shaman's Summon Campanion has been Buffed!
--The Summon Wolves will now be more reliable in battle.
-Vampire Mistress's Summon Dark Servants has been Buffed!
--Each of the summons have recieved a HP boost.
-Rogue's Pick Pocket has been Buffed!
--The Rogue is now able to Pick Pocket for a max of 500 gold from enemy heroes.
-Necromancer's Terrorizing Mind has been REDONE.
--New units will spawn under each level.
-Hunter's Spirit of the Hawks has been Nerfed.
--Hunter's Spirit of the Hawks spell damage is reduced to 10 from 20 dmg per sec.

Awesome! I like how you are giving each player different role to fufill, though I wonder if eventually you will remove the middle faction and simply have both forces face off against only eachother from the start to make things even more competitive, and have it so that all the middle functions can be requested inside one's base (Such as Requesting Lumber and gold would be done from there, but the Pack Mule's and Gold Wagons could spawn from where those Marketplace shops are, and thus the race to stop one side from getting wood and supplies would be greater! :)

But things are fine the way they are, if you decide to leave that middle faction in.

Another thought - What if, since each player has a different role to fufill, what if you made unique heroes for each player fufilling those functions? I know the idea sounds farfetch'd, but with a little polishing, it might work, and I think that each hero should have some special bonus that goes along with picking that hero over another one (Outlaw Marine could randomly recieve mercenary units, or he could start with a permanent trueshot aura, or the archers his command post spawns could be some special version of the original, ect.)

As for each player's classes being unique, you could have it so that the first player on each team has access to the leader-ish type classes (You could go into modern ones like Dictators, Presidents, Warlords, or stick with your theme and just edit existing ones, like changing the Necromancer into a Dark Lord or a Mage-King, ect. Anything goes here) and the ones controlling the missle reactors could have the supporting / stand-alone heroes, such as the Outlaw Marine or the Enchanter, ect. and the other players could be in charge of directing the armies and could have General - Type characters, ect. Things like that. Just trying to give you some inspiration, though it seems like it could be alot of work for you >.<

Two other notes, the Enchanter needed a slight buff. He's kinda difficult to play in the early game, so I'd recommend giving all his spells a cost reduction, making his disturbing illusions permanent \ last long, and making his charm spell permanent or something of that nature, timed charm is no fun unless its on a hero! He should have a nicer array of secondary spells such as Slow, ect. too. He's hard to manage currently.

Also, what do you think of this type of spy unit - Hacker (He'd need the three full upgrades of the Command Post to get) Permanently invisible spy unit with no attack who can go up to enemy buildings, and remain there for 25 seconds before converting control of the building (not the castle, of course) to the other player. Any good?

I love how you are coming up with these CnC like units.

I've thought something like hacker where he can stand near command posts or something and steal money liittle by little.

Makes players make good use of spies / flares / reveal.

You're ideas are unique and inspirational. I will have to see if I will go down that route - Although it will make it more of a Civ War game. Currently the Enchanter owns =) I love him along with many others. He just have a slight problem at beginning unless you use strategies like me. When i use enchanter i quickly take out the damaged watch tower in the middle. Quickly charm the engineer nearby next to the other tower ( exactly when your first wave of units spawns) and build a watch tower quickly where the old enemy watch tower was. It gives a quick advantage for your team and an early large sum of gold for you. If you can keep the tower up.

I usually end up with alot of gold because i play WAY too much and i know how the units work. =)

This version will of course need Anti Air towers. Especially for middle because it is easier now to retake over the middle than previous versions. Enemy team thought they won for sure until we strike wave after waves of missiles into the fortress taking out their towers and outpost. Sending in waves of units to retake what was supposely ours. >.<

I stayed behind in the teching to build many Anti Air towers around the base to prevent what we did to them to us. It held pretty well and we ended up nuking them. ^_^

Oh yeah - I love the new special effects for the nuke. So awesome.

Hey people. Although running into some fatal error troubles. I managed to get another one out. =P - Thanks to some people of the www.wc3campaigns.com community.

Anyways I hope you guys like the newer version the best. I has optional settings for the problems people unable to handle the lag with too many units doing too many things at once on the screen. ( I never lagged! >.< ). I'll just like to thanks Lazurus for the idea of clearning middle to have a more of a pvp competition, instead of trying to race to middle. I know alot of people liked the original way better as well. So i set up 3 options you can set your game style to. Download and Enjoy!

The new things i added. Seems to fall into alot of bugs. (well not many) But i spotted some. Unlike me! (slaps himself) >.<

I'll fix it asap - I've been looking around on the internet for wall scrolls and a tsurugi for my room. I'm back now - maybe, college starting in a few days lol.

I heard alot of laggyness is occuring. I never ever experienced it until my recent patch. So my advice is play -Sudden Death option mode until i fix the other 2. It seems to generate alot of lag. My focus on next patch is to reduce the lag and maybe take out all the hostiles and make them do what player base does (spawn units and attack) unstead of trying to clear them out like a spawn camp.

Maybe this time i will have time to add Lazurus's idea.

Please post suggestions and comments. I like to see how people like this map. Thanks for the comments over bnet and emails though. Was very kind of you guys. ^_^

Heres a short updated version of C Wars V.90.

It doesn't seem much of an update but it does reduce the lag quite a bit and the game style for normal isn't the same anymore for those who played previous versions. I'm glad to know people like the idea of No towers and Sudden Death options. I hope this version tones the lag down quite a bit more than usual. If it still feels laggy that it could use a change. Replay. I think i might of added a bit much hostile units when they spawn. Not sure. But i dont lag -=) but it doesn'nt matter if i lag - but you guys who play it more than me!

there is a problem with the newest version, the middle is way too strong.
also when a player leaves you should make it so it divides the resources of that player.

C Wars V.90 just released not too long ago. So I don't know how strong the middle is yet. Also when the player leaves. His resources isnt supposed to be split among his teammates. Thats the purpose to use his command post to continue upgrading his units spawned under him or it will leave your team dangerously behind.

If anyone can post screenies of the map for me that would be great. Although im very intune with the game, i never reallly made screenies of anything =(. Yes yes i know - Shame on me.
