It still needs work blizzard raps horrible but i guess u have 2 compensate right . Lookz wicked in game:infth:

I rate a lot of skins all the time so I know what to look for. Now that I see the back its 9/10. If you want me to pick at everything here.
The cape needs a lot more shading sort of a wave in the cape. Look at the capes done by blizzard.
The tail of the horse needs to be dodged and shaded.
Change the eyes a little they look odd as a dot.
You need to use the dodge tool around the face its a little dark.
The chest muscles need shading on the lower parts.
The main thing is the cape you don't really need to do the other stuff but I know what its like when you post a skin and the people post like "looks nice" and never says how to improve on it. Some people cant handle critizeum though...

Thank god sum 1 with real sugestions. I know what u mean thogh some people take it personaly (im usually 1 of those people). When it comes to my comp art tho i love 2 here sugestions. he 1nz u gave me were great.

Kde kinda mentioned the same thing u did in a way the tail is the same part as the horns and they do need more shading. But the rap of the horns is so bad that the stuff i did do dosen't show.
The cape wa a rush job (i just was frustrated because i waz workin on it 4 hours and had 2 leave). I shouldnt have done that. Mabey ill do scanlines and the give it more rinkles and crapolaz.
The eyes looke great when i did them but u cant c anything from that far (sigh). anywayz ill post a revised lata i just need 2 do a new sig because the 1 i have is 2 big.

methinks it would be better without a cape at all , but that needs model editing

right now i dont like the hair, but i think it would look bad to me as long as its there, but the sword should have more purple, i dont like how its just trimmed with color
