As I said, it's old screens :) Since dooads kills WE (and the fact that I have over 3000 so far, trees u know) I'll add more in the end. But they are there.

It's very much based off that the terrain looks variating and awesome, Hell does that best, with 4 different tiles for their path, and blight as scorched earth. Heaven uses 7 different tiles for the paths, but are much more linear and oranised. The joins looks awesome, as the heaven's marble roads become chunked and destroyed..

I'll get some more up soon :)

Would be awesome, but no, they are not :) It's just for the screens, took them with 2 different skys :)

But the two areas are so different from eachother, so it almost like it :)

Snorface, noone is forcing you to read it :) It's purly here for people whp would be interested in knowing more about this awesome AoS :)

UPDATE
Got some new ideas

Captain and Generals added above :)

These are special units that spawn along side the normal units from time to time.

In a game with at least one player on each side, normal spawn sequence is:

Captains: 1 every 2nd spawn of normal units

Generals: 1 every 6th spawn of normal units

Captains will have normal attack and heavy armor

Generals will have normal attack and hero armor

Skills can be: Critical strike, Evasion, Aura's, Bash, Defend and more. But will most likely be low level, low effect skills. These will not be trigger based.

What's the point of making every spell trigger enhanced? Sometimes non-triggered spells work fine.

Very cool terrain zachary.. I was wondering: how do you change the tilesets for the map? I can only make grass, dirt, grassy dirt, and blight.

Trigger enhanced spells give diversity, and you are able to make completly new spells that haven't been seen before. Some spells are restricted thus you need triggers to add different aspects to them.

Non-triggered spells work fine, no doubt, but they are simply "copies" of the others... Making Drunken Brawler into Elite Unit, doesn't make it exiting at all.

@Xinlitik, I use the WE unlimited Enhancer to create my map, after that I use UMSWE to edit it. With the enhancer you can add extra tiles. But just remember, don't add extra cliffs or it can look...very wierd.

I have to ask, what happens between heaven and hell? Are there bridges, light from ground or something seperating them?

The lands are seperated by the different terrain, hell has two burning lava bridges to move over, and a lake of lava "water".

To your second question: Get ideas and live them out...that is what I'm doing :)= One good thing, would be to read the AoS guide by Electromancer. But most of all, do what you want to do.

Dont wanna rush rush ZS but hurry it up.... i cant take the suspense :)... i know but... take ur time... the more time you take on it the greater/Better it will become... by all means take as long as u want or need!... i just hope it gets out bu christmas! the Ultimate Map Present of all Christmas! lol:ggani:

I have an idea for your map. Sinner/Saint, this is a title that encourages players to play the best they can. The title is awarded depending on the damage to buildings/ defending (doing kills in ally base area) / Offence (doing kills in enemy base area). This encourages players not to act single mindly. I think this can be done by:

let "B" be the damage done to buildings.
let "A" be the kills in enemy areas.
let "D" be the kills in Ally areas.

BxAxD/3= Total Points.

Or something like that.

What will happen if a team uses buff spells on their force units (invisability.etc) to make them pass faster? Are there no abilites like that or is it Stratergy?

There won't be abilities to make units invisible, but there will be movement modification spells, armor enhancements that when used right, can determin the fate of towers and enemy units...and more :)

The sinner saint is a good idea, just not too duable...as the towers can be rebuilt and the amount of players would make a very long amount of triggers :P But it is surely something I would consider in the future.

Right now, I'm working on the spawning of the special units, Captains and Generals and getting it to be a tad balanced. But it will require lots of test games to actually balance it all..

Looking good though, I might set up a poll soon, werther to release the map with what it has now, or wait till I finish the other heroes skills.

Accually the SinnerSaint would be a good idea. But you need to add more things. Like each time a devil hits an angelic unit his integer array is - 1. Every time he hits an angel, he gets -5. Everytime he hits a demon he gets +10, and every time he hits a demonic unit he gets +1.

The sinner is the person with the lowest integer rate, and the saint has the most. Oh, and make it so that if your integer is more than 1, you get a devotion/brilliance aura, and if your less than 1, thats replaced by unholy/command aura. :)
