what sort of import/export (importing it into map?) i can import/export anything into warcraft like models, skins, textures etc

The walking frost wyrm... I have seen a beta model out on the net (withskinn)& (with animations i think)
Hope any1 out there are willing to find/make this unit cause it is awsom

kil-jadeen you have to export the wyrm from the war3.mpq using wc3 viewer then you take kmks mdx importer and you import just the model cause the animations dont work I have already tried but for some reason there were complications so i stopped.

There is no skin yet but all you have to do is unwrap uv and load texture dragon texture and your all set it sounds hard but is fairly easy.

Blizzard already said that they wont support a import function already (only released stuff that they used to create mdx) and a Blizzard representative already said that the old models are gone (max source) so mailing them regarding it, is futile

Ill see what I can create it from, seems to be easy if we can reanimate it as the geosets are already there

quickest way would be to edit the snap dragon, but the funnist way is to make it from scratch :D

wow, never thought of the snap dragon. That is a very good idea and wouldnt be that hard to attach wings.

And Lacrossetitans, if you reunwrapped it, how could you just put the other skin on it? I mean the uv placement would be different

No, I have already messed around before with other models and when you import the mdx the uv placement has already been set so you apply a uv unwrap and would just have to take the texture from the black dragon which is the model i used.
