DBZ is aimed at ppl 15 and younger or 30 year olds with no life, and how many RPG and mauls have been made of that. And what about lego its a toy for 3-8 yr olds, but "the legacy of lego", hmm.. wonder what that could possibly be about. It don't matter if its childish, it has a good storyline and a campaign could be fun. PLUS all i need are skins, and ill probably do the rest myself

I hate the lion king, i dont evn dislike it as i do with most things. the lion king is the kind of film that makes me wish i has spent the time gnawing awy at my own liver. And its not beacuse its just an unbeliveably poor film, its beacuse millions of people enjoy it.

The lion king is the perfect example of how stupid humans can get in large numbers. The nmber of people today who are pathetcily reatarded, and mind numbingly ignorany is quite frankly depresing, and the worst part, THESE PEOPLE CAN VOTE! they have a say what happens to the nation. this is a travisty, and subsiquently led to my political belife that the working classes and all those with low IQ's, and PEOPLE WHO USE ABREVIATED TEXT WITH NUMBERS INSTEAD OF LETTERS FOR NO GOD DAMN REASON, should be castrated at birth, or at least not alowed near those of the opposite sex for fear of reproduction.

I am in short a cultural (and probably intelectual) facist. My opinion is right, and al those who dissagree with me shopuld be purged from existance. and for those of you who even dare to question my state of mind, i am officaly and legaly a "well adjusted and balenced human being"

The Lion King was a brillant story crafted after old roman mythology. It is based around a boy's growth too becoming a man. It is disney's best movie because of the emotion that the animators and sound techs were able to put into non existant characters. If you didn't feel sad the moment Mufasa died you are sick.

The Lion King has spawned a play which isn't for kids since most children can hardly sit still for 20 minutes. Now why don't you go back to watching "Hollywood Homicide" and **** off..

I resented that comment since i was one who disagree with you and I really think that saying that i should be "purged from existence" is an insult.

You have insulted us indirectly but unquestionably, and as a member of wc3campaigns, i have the right to report you to a moderator and let them do what they think is the just thing to do..

I always thought the Lion King was a version of Hamlet and African animals.

If you dislike the LK (and the concept of it as a WC3 campaign), leave this thread the fudge alone!

^_^ i don't think thats a bad idea at all. tichondrius, don't listen to gitlich and all those other flamers. they are all the way across the world (i am too, but... you know...) and should not influence you. my dad is an animation teacher and he studied and drew, coming across a cartoon named Kimba the white lion. this film came out in the late 1970's, much more before lion king. some of its episodes included a naughty uncle (hmm...), a bird advisor, and other things that disney eventually stole from. since then i have looked down upon disney. although i dislike disney for ideas they stole from many movies (Atlantas stole from an anime, Jafar in Aladdin stole from another cartoon) i like your idea and i am willing to help you. just PM me to make it official. i cannot give you help with models, but i can make icons for you.

To gitlich- hey was it you that wanted a custom avatar? you should reread the threads you posted in the site discussion. also, you should stop flaming. you probably think disney films are too childish. but i see nothing wrong with them. rewatching it not long ago, i noticed for the first time that the animation was very high quality, speaking in artist critique. your negative trolling should stop gitlich. your constant flaming and spam posts deviated from the topic can get you BANNED. you are a facist you say? well forums are no place for people who view the world like you. if you cannot accept other people's ideas, go to you facist forum or something where you can flame each other forever about how you hate trees and george bush and lunchboxes and little kids and cats and yourself. you consider yourself intelectual. well here's a news break- texans, nazis, calculus professors all think they are intellectual. you should really seek to reform yourself before you seek to reform everything on the planet.

Although I dislike the thought of making the lion king campaign, but it's your choice to do it....You don't know, maybe this campaign will be good, if you do it right, and give it good missions and make it fun......

Also, we know from history that facism doesnt work very well now does it? *cough cough Mussolini cough cough* Anyways as for the Lion King map idea, I think it is quite original (in mapmaking standards anyways). My baby brother loves the movie and it keeps him entertained so that I don't have to. Thus, all i have to say is this, go for it, dude, sounds good. Had I more modeling/skinning eperience, I would help you, but unfortunately, I suck at modeling/skinning so sorry, I'm just here for the encouragement factor. (btw gitlich and all u other flamers, if u didnt notice, disney released the Lion King in 1993 (i think) to appeal to its target audience at the time, YOUNG CHILDREN. Not the Lion King nor Disney's fault if the adults, that u dissaprove of so much, watch the movie as well.)

hey tichondrius... i would really like that list now ^_^. but... since u took so long to respond, allow me to be a third party source of buttons. i will now go look for work elsewhere. pm me if u want some icons, but don't expect to get them in 5 minutes. expect at least 2-3 weeks. o ya, and plz include a list of icons u want. a normal list would be about 5-8 icons. dont bother to ask me for icons that will not be used by the player. for example, if scar isn't gonna be used by the player, of course i will not make the icon.

EDIT: ur not showing up for 2-3 days now. so if you don't mind i will consider this project officially dead. pm me when u come around, but chances are ur icons will take 3X longer to get to u, cuz i have a priority list and im getting to my tactics mod. cya if you ever do come around ^_^...

A word of advice: usually u don't have people skin things until you have the models!

PS - In your first post, what did you mean by "ill do the rest?" What is your modding specialty? If it is triggers and jass, then you should be looking for work at an already-started mod. plz dont tell me that you can only do triggers! plz! even if it is just terraining or mapping, most of the compiling and importing of the models and skins will be a daunting task for you. i advise you to abandon this idea, even though it is a special and good one- to gain experience in another's mod. to tell you the truth, i don't like coming back to the same post everyday to find empty-promised progress. i've been handicapped (don't ask me how) from my modding work but i can probably still get you those icons if you SEND ME A LIST!!!!
