I've made a decision. Once I kick this project off full blast (after I convert and fix all of my models.. and I get someone to do a terrain for me), I am going to release a b.net version, and a LAN version. The LAN version will have MANY more features, custom sounds, cinematics, models, and more. The b.net version will not have custom sounds (except MAYBE a few), and it will not use all of the models. The LAN version will have everything. Shortly after this is all finished (which I expect to be within the next month), I will start work on a DBZ campaign. Yes.. a campaign. Probably about 10 maps, each with about an hour of gameplay, following a slightly altered storyline (that still follows the same basic guidelines), but rest assured... every DBZ fan will LOVE it. If I can get these two multi-player maps done, I will start work on the campaign, and grab a team. After completion of the multi-player maps, I will have the resources I need to finish the campaign in a decently short amount of time (a few months, and trust me... everything will be custom, you will have trouble telling your still playing Wc3 once I'm finished). So once I get the models and a terrainer, I'll have these out in a short amount of time. So theres a quick update on what I'm workin on and whats to come. |

I seem to be posting updates whether people read or not.. so heres another: As far as terraining goes, I'm prolly gonna have a crack at it myself. I've never terrained before, so this won't be pretty. BUT.. if there are any experieneced terrainers out there, I'll be more than happy to let you have chance to help me on my terrain. I have a terrainer, but hes gonna be on vacation for at least another week, been working on the terrain for about a month or more.. and hasn't given me very many updates on the status of the terrain. So terraining is at a halt, and so is the rest of the map until I can get the terrain in, because I have all of the units and everything configured, I just need to place and edit. The beta versions may not include models, it all depends on when I get the terrains. I'll probably have sounds in their place instead, which I think work beautifully. I might post a replay of me using a few different spells... I just gotta get around to that. I'm trying to pound out everything I can.. but without a terrain and a good modeler with experience in Milkshape, I'm kinda stuck for now. I am adding new skills and transformations as we speak however, and I'll give a couple replays or .avi files later on to show you what I've been doing. |

Wow man, thats great work, I like the DBZ series and If you want I can help you with cinematics for your campaign/map. Also, If you can somehow add fusion into the full version that would be nice, since thats one of my favorite things of DBZ. |

I'd LOVE to have help on the cinematics on the campaign. Right now I'm working with someone from TPOM to get this project off its feet. Oh and for fusions.. Don't worry, I've already thought about that, but I'm not going to get it outta hand like on some of the DBZ Rampages where you can fuse Vegeta and Gohan, or Trunks and Goku, or Goten and Vegeta even.. those maps kinda get outta hand on the fusions. I'll keep them nice.. and I'll even add a special power level system for the fusions, and special transformations. Don't worry.. I gotcha covered. Right now, LacrosseTitans, a member of The Power of Might team, is helping me with my models.. if you havent noticed they are also a dbz based mod for wc3 (http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forumdisplay.php?f=243). They are supplying working versions of my models.. so don't forget to drop by and see what they are doing from time to time, that is if you really like good dbz maps. Credit goes to them for helping me with the models. |

It sounds great! Will you also be releasing a single player version? Also, a few suggestions: Gohan should age as his power level increases, Mystic saiyan for gohan, and bebi form vegeta =). |

Yes, I will be releasing a single player map. I'll probably just release a single player map, and later release an entire campaign with MANY more features. Edit: If anyone wants any certain features.. something they've seen from DBZ.. go ahead and post them. I'll see what I can do for you. |

I replied.. and yes, I will release a fully enhanced version of the multi-player map for LAN users. It will make things easier when I start working on the DBZ campaign. I made a post about this earlier in this topic somewhere. |
