Ner'Zhul

there is already a good Ner'Zhul model in the dl section. wouldt it be easier to put him on some dragon? well anyway if its finished pm me, i wanna skin it!

Yes...the Ner'zhul in the DL section is very impressive, BUT that is him on foot. I figured it would be a bit easier working with mounted arthas would be more convenient. Although I like the skin and model, I'd think it would be more interesting the put arthas/ner'zhul in a different set of armor (say...the one from the prison of ice?) and make Arthas appear very dark, but most traces of his humanity utterly destroyed. For example, the armor Arthas goes about in is just a "dark" version of lorderan armor. I dont want that.

that will look great on him. or maybe give the death knight version the armor and the Ner'Zhul skin. then you have an mounted Ner'Zhul like you wanted.

A wonderful idea, but I definatly do not have the time to work on it right now

i started to model a bit, then i thought of this tread, so i made the Ner'Zhul (only experimenting) i dont know how to export to mdx and all that stuff. well those skins fit perfect. well here it is.

But i guess u should ask for the Nazgûl model of the "World of Middle Earth"... it has a knight riding a dragon... if u could skin it, it could save a lot of time...

on another note: im not familiar with modeling, but would it be difficult to enlarge the dragon?

no, not at all, but like i said, i dont know how to convert it to mdx. only in theorie but it doesnt work for me. and i know i have to change the skin path wich i also dont know how.
if you can find someone who does this then i will post it.

EDIT3: managed to get it to MDX hooray! but WE can load .MDL. anyone know what i did wrong?

Is it the great Arthas riding the great Sapphiron? Because he turned it undead and made it as his pet. Anyway... THIS IS COOL!

yes, it is the great arthas. and it wasnt the great sapphiron but we can change that because i like that idea. like you said, its his pet so why not tale a ride on it ^^
