Your problem is a typical one. When you save your skin in .jpg format, it does not keep the alpha chanel information; it messes it up. You *MUST* edit your file in a format file which handles 32 bits picture formats, such as TGA. I think it should work. Your texture must be saved in 32 bits, otherwise War3 and the W3V will lack of the transparent chanel (the alpha chanel).

This one is the one I am making from the original. Here, perhaps you can notice that her eyebrows and eyelashes, for instance, are totally transparent.

I'm using a .jpg and I had a theory that I must convert it to .blp, but that changed nothing. Any help? Thanks.

Thanks for answering. I even thought about the alpha channel, but I thought "No, I didn't even touch the alpha channel." I also thought about using targa to preserve the alpha layer, but I haven't come near WarCraft III custom stuff in a good couple of years and was thinking the elf villager woman didn't need an alpha layer as she is not typically assigned a team color, but now it sounds like I remembered WRONG!!! Heh, heh.

Anyway, I converted the image to CMYK format before saving to make it thirty-two bits but, again, from what you've said, I really have to use targa, so I will do that. I'm very rusty. Sorry. Thanks again for the quick replies.
