Could you make a spell called explode, where the batrider flyes towards the unit, decending down gradually, then apon reaching the unit it plays its explode animation, dealing 250 damage and then 150 damage to surrounding units. Also playing effects like flamestrike n stuff. ive sorta tried to do it although im a poor triggerer so ive not gotten too far. Event: Unit - A unit Is issued an order targeting an object Condition: (Issued order) Equal to (Order(absorb)) (yes, i changed the string to absorb in the ability) Action: Set Target = (Target unit of issued order) Event: Unit - A unit Begins casting an ability Condition: (Ability being cast) Equal to Explode Action: Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to Move To (Position of Target) Unit - Pause (Triggering unit) Unit - Pause Target Animation - Change (Triggering unit) flying height to 10.00 at 1.00 Wait 1.50 seconds Animation - Play (Triggering unit)'s Death Spell animation Animation - Reset (Triggering unit)'s animation Wait 0.10 seconds Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units within 200.00 of (Position of Target5)) and do (Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the origin of (Picked unit) using Abilities\Spells\Human\FlameStrike\FlameStrike1.mdl) Unit - Set life of Target5 to ((Life of Target5) - 250.00) Wait 0.10 seconds Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units within 200.00 of (Position of Target5)) and do (Unit - Set life of (Picked unit) to ((Life of (Picked unit)) - 150.00)) Wait 0.10 seconds Unit - Unpause (Triggering unit) Unit - Unpause Target if you can do this, it would be greatly appreciated ill give you 15 points 4 it. |

iceslushee i can make that spell, and i dont even know how to rigth a spawning trigger. it will be dummied canabalize event A unit casts Plunder corpse (u spell) conditions none actions unit loose X hp (health gain value in plunder corpse) owner of triggering unit gains X gold note all X are equal |

damn i dunno how the hell you do all these abilities but if someone could tell me how to make an ability for an archer in which its sortof like shockwave except without the big wave in the ground on the terrain but the archer shoots THREE arrows going out shtraight in front of her except the two on the sides go in a sort of angle and it damages anything that comes near them and they go kinda far. EXAMPLE: O-this is the archer / l \ / l \ / l \ -arrows thanks sory the pic didnt come out 2 well lol just three arrows going out in three different directions in front of the archer thanks:D |
