theres always SOMETHING that makes you diffrent, like big eyebrows, small or big eyes.. a big nose, massive jawline... whatever, theres always SOMETHING that makes you stand out... everybudy has their own unique combo of them...

if i didnt wear glasses it'd be my really small gloomy eyes with really big eyebrows...

and much hair, ofcourse... its everywhere!!

well, thank god its not on my back.. (yet..)

that pic i use for an ava was taking some time ago, at that point i hadnt shaved in 6 weeks ^^~!

oh, and red shirt... preferable with YEAH BABY written on it ^^~!

drawings are the simplified version of people... and *how stupid* america calls sidebeards 'side burns'

... learn some history... then you will understand... although that is what I would expect from a 13-year old.

Do a google search on General Burnside... and you will find your answer.

and why is that stupid? Why do the British call the back of a car the "boot" or the hood the "bonnet"? Its no more stupid than that. (ok, bonnet makes as much sense as hood, but boot? come on)

I think it's boot... like in "bootay"... as in bottom.

there is tons of odd slang in the english language, live with it or migrate to a non-english speaking area

hmm... i think i need to emphasize whatever is distinctive about me when i do a self portrait... cuz it just looks like ur average kid. i guess a combination of dark blue eyes and pink braces could be something distinctive about me. ^_^ hmm.... i dunno though, maybe my big nose, though i'd really rather not have that emphasized :> i should do a self portrait that's actually good.... and cartoony... :D

THIS THREAD NEEDS REVITALIZATION!!!

so i decided to actually finish one of my sketches... kinda reminiscent to the old pencil warrior pics, in fact, thats when i drew it! im kinda a slacker but hey

This is the first picture that ive used painter 8 for, and ive decided that i really like the program... before i was so dependent on multiply and screen, dodge and burn. but now i actually have to do some color work, figure out what looks good and what doesn't.

i tried to make my coloring a little more realistic, less flat looking. If you all hate it, tell me (nicely) and tell me what needs work!

im sorry that its so smooth, in painter when you are saving a jpeg, it gives option for smoothness, and i didnt realize till i posted that it was THAT fuzzy, but oh well
