Hmm, I think that adding in a 3rd faction is going to happen because of the large number of nations on his map, but since we have alot of characters as it is I wouldn't introduce too many more.

About Algor, it has become painfully obvious that Algor is a secret bad guy, maybe even the guy who commands the Dread Lords. Therefore, you should really cause confusion over this assumption somehow, or take full advantage of it and then surprise the world when Algor saves them all from the REAL master etc.

About Thomas, do NOT make him a Paladin. Luthor is the Paladin, and it wouldn't be right to have 2 of them. Personally I would have Thomas have a secret power or ability that makes him the strongest of all, but he can't control it. An example would be that when enraged he directs immense amounts of raw force outwards, sending thousands of Undead forces flying 1000 meters away into a nearby wall, obliterating them. He should not ever be able to just fight melee even close to Luthor's league.

Hehe well I might grab a few ideas out of what you've suggested. As for Thomas, I'm definitely not making him a paladin :)

Oh and here is something I am afraid will be a cliche, but oh well...

A civil war in Fellador, as two factions fight through that land, namely the overzeaulus Paladins and ultimately evil Necromancer Cult, while the poor people round up arounjd a heir to the throne, and at some point, Luther, Thomas and some others heroes that might join them on the way will be caught in crossfire, but will later help the prince reclaim the throne, and they will be joined by a general and some of the military foorces, and then, as they march to the capital of Felador, you might add some sort of march msuic (personally I recommend the Wacraft II music when the orcs sail to the North (credits)) and finally their might be that final confrontation at the throne room, when Paladins finally join the heroes, and then, as strange figure, apparently the leader of thye cult with his back towards the heroes will hold a council with the rest of the necromancers, and then he will suddenly turn around and he will be... Algor! Then he will say some thing about the inability to stop him.

Also, is it just me or did so far the only ones that appeared so far are Humans/High Elves/Demons/Undead?

Your ideas are really good, but you are being to descriptive. We won't get to be suprised when we are met by things from your ideas ;Þ. Be more subtle, or PM this stuff, heh probably to late.

Well don't worry I already had my own storyline, I might pick a few ideas he gave me but his own story is drifting away from mine a little too much :)

But still, I think that you should put in some more races into it.

Also, have about Valeria and Artania being trapped by a subterranean avalanche, and later, they will find Temple of the Moon. It will have all sorts of obelisks and Night Elf statues, and inthe mdidle, there will be an enlarged Night Elf Altar, and there, you may use the Ghost of Cenarius thing as the Guardian, who will test them before he will let them passthrough the portal, and he will also send a few Dryads and Moon Elves (an ancient, moon worshipping Elven tribe, exilled long ago into the dungeon, and later settling around the Temple) to help them, and among them there will be a Moon Elf female Archer, who will be the one of your wallpapper. I was inspirred by that Walpapper, and the Statue of Cenarius for this an idea.

And as for Orcs, do you have any deserts? If you do, then the Orcs will be populating it, and at some point, there will be shown a battle between several clans, when suddenly, an army of Demons will come, then let's have several Orc Clans rushing towards a gigantic Blackrock Banner on a hill, and finally settling over their old differences to fight back the Demon threat.

And what about using the great plot device known as Dreams (tm) to advance the plot.

Oh, and what about a good ole' sword fighting sequence?

And last but not least, how about using Dalaranish towers in Zuchabbar?

Oh, and almost forgot - how about having SEVERAL spiritual stones, which the evil has to pocess in order to unlease the full might of all the elemnts of magic upong the living. The spiritual stones are distributed among several lands - one already in the hand of evil, one captured from Bulmingham, one in Zuchabbar, one in Kel Dorah, one in Ebola, one in Mogulas Marshes, one in the Orcish Desert and one in Felador. They all must be placed in an ancient hall in World of Cinders, in order for the magic to be unleashed.

Oh, and how about them being joined by an Orc who looks like Grom Hellscream? And then, at some point, he will risk his life so the rest of the heroes will break through, by attracting an army of Ghouls, Zombies and Skeletons, and at some point it will be impossible to see him, as he will suddenly use the bladestorm and charge through them, forcing the remainders of the undead to retreat.

And also, we could have Luther and Herichima (or what was the name of the brown dreadlord?) will battle it out on a bridge over a peak, and then there is going to be an earthquake, the bridge will collapse, and Luther will die, taking Herichima with him.

And let's have the demons summon an army of Demon Knights (Level Ten all skill Death Knights with several Flame Orbs and a Cloak of Flames, as well as changed tinting value (to make him redder) and maybe scaling value. Anyway I will try to attach a picture of the guy I've got from all this). It could be cool to see them charge through a human army!

Oh, and you said your inspiration is from music, right? Well, I think there is some interesting music in the Sound Editor of Warcarft III.

Edit: Anyhow, every time I will get a good an idea, then I will post it here.

But still, there is just one tiny little question: are any other races expect for Humans, High Elves, Undead and Demons going to have an important part in COTN, so I will know should I keep giving you the ideas based on Moon Elves, Orcs, etc?

Okay, here goes:

- How about using the good ole' LOTR Elven Gibberish routine, if you do include Moon Elves, or some other Night Elf-type race. By the way, I do believe that in the sound editor, in Dialogue/Orc Campaign/Orc 04 the first two voices are Night Elven Female Sentinels talk in Night Elf tounge.
- Valeria and Algor are able to communicate with Dragons, and that will result in some Dragons follow Algor, and some Dragons follow Valeria.
- How about, as well, having monstrously enlarged Demon Gates into the World of Cinders?
- And finally, how about Heroes saving a regiment of Dwarven Riflemen from the Undead, leading to Dwarves joining them.

Otherwise, one more note about Demon Knight: the one I made has 5 orbs of Flame (to make the illusion of a burning sword)
and one cloak of Flame. That, combined with color change, size change, and Unholy Aura leads to quite a formidable image of an evil rider!

I think that im the only one that wants Algor to stay good. They could find him losing and help him win that would be cool.

I just looked at your map, and apparently, I guessed right about the location of the lost island. Meaning that Valeria and Artania should pop up in Ebola/Frozen Realm/World of Cinders.

Did you watch the Lord of the Rings: Two Towers? Well then, in Zuchabbar, you could try to move the camera up (like with Barad Dur in the beginning) , only then, the camera will go down again, and reveal Zucchabar, where you could use these Dalaranish towers from the Undead Campaign, as well as Dalaran Guard Towers, and then, add some majestic music to it, and drag the camera through it towards the magic gates, and then just outside, from them, so you could see Thomas/Luther party approach it.

Also, I recently replayed Warcraft III Orcish Campaign on Hard, and got this an idea. What about using pike pits as in Cairne's part of the Oracle mission? They cna be activated by a hidden switch, and Artania will lure the Pit Lord into one, and then activate the mechanism to get sweat revenge!

And my an idea of stampeding over is still in place. Seriously, how about this army of ghouls advancing, and then a possible additional hero, leader of Felladorese Knights (Fellador is associated for me with a medieval kingdom), will yell out: "Charge, my brethren! Death to the filthy beasts!" and will charge at ghouls, and will simply crash much of them (I've got this an idea from playing one of Aeon of Strife-type maps, as my team's mortar team has died because of poison attack by another player a mini-second before an enemy knight charged over their dead bodies, and it looked like if the knight stomped on the mortar team, killing it.) So why can't you have them die as the knights approach?

Also, how about having Luther kill one of the Dreadlords, but then, he will rise up again, as a metamorphozed Night Elf Demon Hunter.

And also, we desperately need a battle scene with a good ole' Cavalry Charge!

And how about a battle over a spectral bridge, when suddenly, Luther yell out to retreat, the Daemons and Undead will charge on, but then a mage will unsummon the bridge, and have the Daemons and the Undead fall down to their doom.

And how about having Artania and Valeria have to run through the dungeon to escape from it's collapse (shake cameras, add earthquake and fire rain spell effects)?
