I just finished a city map...I saw in Gumby's Signature that you didn't had a map yet so...Maybe you can use this one :)

I used this map for something else but...Well, it didn't worked like I wanted it to work :(

I just read your PM and I'm d/ling the map to check it out. I'll let you know what I think in a bit.

(Remember that im still very new to the World Editor )

Of course this Map doesn't have anything yet that 'The City of Woe' needs but its a start :)
I or any other can change it if needed. (As example, the Black Market isn't in it)

its nice, but few things that i personally dont like:

- all houses are the same... .. that doesnt look like a fantasy city for me
- "dark" .. this is a nice green noble city, not dark..
- some big roads, without any sense :-)

but nice work

I shall try to change that then...But if this map is being used for the city of Woe then I need to make a lot of changes.
I shall change the houses then too...
And I need to change things with triggers and such...But I started this map a quite a while ago and didn't knew yet how Trigger works (I do now...But im still leaning)

And the big roads are just to fill up space...I didn't knew anything to put there. (Perhaps some more trees or something like that?)

I can make a bunch of new Spell Icons and Portraits for the project. I can also make pretty detailed maps but they can't be too big my computer is really buggy and it can't handle a map with a lot on it. I can also make a good website if you want. Reply back if you need me.

I made an icon of the character you posted Gumby. I made it in like 5 minutes I can make them better and a bunch easy.

Gumby, do you use AIM? I wanna talk about the quest thingy with you and it would be a lot easier to talk to you in real time instead of over PMs... for some reason I can't get IRC to work so AIM is pretty much the only way I can talk to you live. It's not so much of a problem to go through PMs but it's just that if I have questions about it then it could take a while to get an answer and it'll slow down my work 0_o

you see i could help on this mod thing, but first of all, my computer sucks way too much to even think about running warcraft, second of all i suck at life, so i dont know how plus im just way too lazy

Hey, sorry I've been on and off this project. This has been the first week of my lacrosse season, and I've been swamped with stuff between games, practice, and school (i get about 10 minutes to get on, check shit, then i usually have to go)

I'll try to get on to do some work tomorrow after my game (no promises though, its a 4 hour drive to the game then 4 hours back :nono: )

Dinadan, i don't use aim, but my sister can help my set up an account for this project. Look for whslax26 on aim soon. That will be my name.
Mock1, good job on the portrait. I would be glad to have you help out with those things. (the skin for that guy isn't quite done, but from what i had your portrait was really good)
CtpCrap, don't worry about delays. I of all people understand that things can slow progress down. Get the map to me whenever you can.
Dark Dragon, I basically totally agree with BloodLust. If you can, give me yuor email and I will send you more info on the map (so you can try to convert yours into a better likeness)
Chickenman, we would love to hear your input. Read all our info, and just start spilling out ideas as you get them (when I get more time I'll PM you a bit more info on the map)

That's it for now. Hopefully I can get on to work a bit tomorrow (game tomorrow, practice the next day, date on friday, tournament on saturday, away game on sunday, holy crap... )
