I think they really ****ed up with the changes that screw up UMSWE and custom spells. But, a lot of the stuff that was in UMSWE (if not ALL) is now in it!! If anything its better because you can do either directory OR drop down menu (for models/icons). of course what sucks is that you loose the trigger functions like Set agility, strength, int... Hmm. I guess I don't know what I think. I guess ill just say they added a lot of good stuff (maybe too much good stuff) and ****ed up a lot of stuff. |

Ok a lot of you need to get a grip. Bitching isnt going to help anybody. How about instead of complaining, you all go and start fixing these maps so they work? Do something useful with your time. <textarea>(test! ignore this)</textarea> |

thats right everyone, get it out of your system, then look at it from another perspective. The new TFT WE has almost all the stuff from UMSWE and a bit more I managed to recreate ALL the spells in DotA in about 50 mins using the blizz spell editor AND custom skins\models can now be put in with the import feature. All in all this means: No More .w3m implementing for skins and spells, cause when u save it it saves ure custom spell data, u can even copy custom units and spells across to other maps! Think about it, in actuallity its all GOOD, yes you people who have gotten used to the unflexible UMSWE are having trouble, but most of you must be able to learn how to use the new blizzard WE, wich is SOOO much more flexible and customisible, i'm all for it, Hurray for Blizzard! :D :foot: :ggani: |

UMSWE no longer works due to the updated version of storm. Quantum may update MPQDraft, but it isn't that likely. |

btw, for all of you who dont want to read through my lengthy post, i'll shorten it here Instead of crying over the old stuff we've lost, praise the new stuff we've gained and we might find that its better than we thought. |

pity we have to reinstall 1.06 to get your UMSWE maps to actually be able to load, any map you try to open in the WE made with UMSWE crashes now i believe. |
