Scio, are you planning on modifying the organization of the object editor? I hate the way bliz made it, and it looks alot better when it is properly organized. EDIT: Scio, I have pretty much figured out all the UI modifyable data, if you need help with anything just give me a call. |

You always needed to import the Doodads.slk into your map to have it work. Although that doesn't work perfectly on bnet. |

@ Scio: What I always wanted to ask you: Why do you always include HumanUnitFunc and CampaignUnitFunc? They don't hold important editor information, do they? Or did you fix a bug? |
| 07-20-2003, 07:04 PM | #41 |
@Mech-Sheep and Magias it SHOULD allow you to get to 90 degree cliffs, but under rare circumstances @PitzerMike: Its a bug fix from 1.00 RoC they include a marine icon, but they use the rifleman. And some of the hidden units had problems that needed to be fixed. |

Heh, I downloaded the file you posted on the second thread. I just wanted to say thanks 'cause when I tried to edit it, it corrupted my World Editor and forced me back to 50 degrees :( 90 degrees angle so good! |

id love to use the editor, but my computer hates me. i open the zip file, extract all files to C:\Games\Warcraft III. i get no "units", "UI", or "doodads" folders. all that i DO get is a folder that says "UMSWE files" and "UMSWE3.7.exe". what am i doing wrong? i have no other editors installed other than stock WE. danke for any assistance |
| 07-21-2003, 09:53 PM | #44 |
you shouldnt have UI Units or Doodads folders, those would be from other editors Just run the exe file. |

wut are these 90 degree cliffs everyone is rambling about? and: pls make options for: no huge/mini doodads no all units in one list (i like the campaign divided up thingy) and all creeps tileset specific and i can help you make the untill loop if i was talking about before if i can figure out how to add triggers. |
