Well, here are my entries. Based on two of the four races from my new TD map (coming soon) Icelanders and Teutonics: |

ok.......can't seem to edit twice :P Well, can't fit in the Teutonic one, it's 1.2kb :P So it's just over the top. But I'll see if I can get it uploaded somewhere, when it's not this late :P Enjoy that one though, till I get the other one up. (This is my favorite though) |

Well, I did that before I posted it, and I thought that they all didn't fit the theme of frozen emptiness. There ARE doodads however. There are very few of them though, because with alot of them, the map looks cluttered (well the shot at least). |

beam, maybe you shold try a diffrent angle then, because from that point of view with no doodads, the shot is completely plain, and, srry to be so blunt, but bad... |

well i like that ss. its very realistic, there is no need for doodads. gj Beam |

More? Want more? I've worked on it a bit, and I'm gonna submit the shots on the 30th :ggani: They won't win cuz they suck, but I figured I'd go for the "Worst Terrain" category, cuz it's so ****ing shitty. :( Zep, talking about bad angles? Your sig has a tree that's floating. Maybe have Feral fix that...or you could just lower the doodad and add a sky... :ggani: Seriously, more shots? Cuz they suck, like the others... And Zep, I said it was "early" [read: shitty.] They pretty much are ruins. The city is nearly abandoned. Nearly. There are still a few people, but they're leaving because of something... :ggani: (Hint: 2 years of rain. Hint. Hint. Decode it! sgnithemos gib si gnimoc. Ekil a Morts. Yeht wonk ti si gnimoc! Hehehehe! ;) |

Hehe. That's the thing about me: I am my worst critic. I can have something everyone loves, but I still think it sucks. That's how it is with me. Failing is not an option for me, thus I'm president, as many of you already know. ://// But It's never good enough for me, yet I have low standards for everyone else...weird. And of course they have a story. They're form my cin, which I hope gets off the ground in October. I figured I'd work on the terrain before I got modelers, skinners, animators, tileset artists, etc. And yes, mine will have all of that. And I have a story . It will not be revalved, and I think you'll like it, and I already have the ending worked out. You'll love it. Of course, I'll need a modeler to start work on the end from the start of the cinematic. Hehe. Guess why. :D Then again, I've delayed this for 8 1/2 months, because I thought the story sucked, in all 50+ incarnations I had. I'm not joking. It went from an assassination, to this. And I've wanted to do one since Blizzard showed the whole idea of making them in their press release, so I didn't do this because of DK. And I also believe that you think, then build, not the way he has it... Oh well. More shots? And when I give them all, which there'll be about 15 when I'm done, I'll post some info on the whole setting, etc. I won't win, but what the Hell. Worst Terrain is still an award...:ggani: But do I even have a chance? |

This blows. Well, then again, I wasn't gonna win anyway. Can I get an extension to Tuesday!? :ggani: :bgrun: :( *Lights up a joint* Please! :( Ok, 6 AM EST Monday? It's only 6 hours late... Damnit. |

Holy Shity! I've been busy! I sohulda been in bed 3 hours aog. Oh well. Here I go: Kharma, these shots are real. The first three weren't. Update the list. I got 12 pictures for ya. Number one: This is the river outside of the courtyard. It's been left untouched for 7 centuries. To scale, ever shrub is about 1 foot long. The trees are about 60 feet tall. There were a few small strips of places along the river to watch for boats, becuase there used to be a small dock, usually for the ruler, to go into his courtyard. |

Shot 2. sorry, but it is the first "series" in my series of pictures, so not much more elaboration is needed. :ggani: |
