u cant alpha out the sheild, it has teamcolor, so unless u .mdl edit its unalphable.

You should keep the shield; it does an excellent job of balancing out the unit. What would do you if the shield was removed? He uses a double-sword with one hand, so what's he going to do with the other? Many of his animations will look kinda messed up too, and there's nothing outside of model editing you can do about that. Keep the shield.

As for improvements, he's defiantly not in need of any more. But if you want to tweek him some, I'd suggest maybe adding a few rips and tears in the robe.

u should leave the shield, although another weapon would be better...

i'm starting to make a priest model of it, but how do you get the normal ROC priest to work, whats path/required to do in the ubit editor, bloodmage is kinda fatter of a model

i officially hate the priest model, the mouth is orange on the portrait, but otherwise this is my first step: recolor. Next I plan on changing his shirt into muscle. I also decided to redo some textures, i'm keeping some of the gold on it, to make seem as a "high priest"

yeah, the priest is aweful to skin, hes wrapped very strangely.
