Ner'zhul skin. It's my first

in the manuals, he is repeadidly refered to as a shaman, never a warlock, in the war 2 and war 3 manuals, in war 1 he hadn't been introduced yet. I think I will start a new skin of ner'zhul, based off of that pic, this time I think I'll use Grom.

Just leave him as a Regular Skinned Far Seer, or edit the Thrall Skin to make him look old, a lot old.

I think it depends on which campaign your using the skin in... If your doing one pre-lich-king era then I would use an orc spellcaster model... I'd probably model and skin my own though. If not, then use the warlocks my vote.

If your doing him in a Lich King position, I'd probably glorify a lich model.. mabbe remodel it... I can't imagine him bbeing n orc though

I found it interesting that the Lich model was indeed designed as an Orc skeleton (as it should be). Way to go Blizzard. :)

I still vote Grom. His model most resembles the picture of Ner'zhul as an Orc. The Farseer model looks nothing like him, and Thrall / Warlock models only vaguely resemble him.

Zedric is right. and it was supposed to be him before he was the Lich king, once he became the Lich king he was just a piece of Ice shaped like a throne. and for those of you who don't already know what Ner'zhul looked like as an orc, I attached a pic.

Yeah, Grom would be good for that.

NO, Blademaster is the best model for him, Grom has biiig hair and all, BM is just like him, the hair and all. And Far Seer/Thrall is nothing like Ner'Zhul.

EDIT: BTW, you can see Ner'Zhul in one of the FMVs of Beyond the Dark Portal.

Ner'Zhul was kind of a necromancer who opened the dark portal and made the death knights from the souls trapped in the twisting nethers. He is also the one Medivh contacted and told to open the portal. IF I remember correctly.

...Not hard to remove it/make it shorter.

But the blademaster's face doesn't look anything like Ner'zhul there, whereas Grom's is pretty damn close -- and I imagine him more with an axe than with a sword (being an "old skool" Orc and all).

grom is in my opinion, the best possible fit.
