I'm done for tonight. Model editing is tiring. I need to fix that french mustash looking thing that he calls a mouth, and make his eyes a little bigger, I'm thinking defromting them towords the top center of the forehead. The bandana should be larger too.

Anything you guys catch that I didn't?

perhaps his ears should be a peach color like his skin, he looks like he has gloves or something on them, but that is a damn fine job of skinning though.

oh GOD hes hidious!!!! ..... i said it before and i'll say it again, Final Fantasy = impossible without model editing...

http://www.ffonline.com

just remembered that site, it has lotsa Final Fantasy resourses, you can even get a demi-decent pic of Locke

how about you edit Arthas' face and bleach the hair and give him a headband, for the most part, you can just say that he decided to grow hhis hair long

Dude, I did model edit. If I didn't, he'd have a mohawk, a large underbite, a long, pointy troll nose, and fangs. You want me to somehow put Arthas's face on the HeadHunter? That's not the portrait, that's the game model's face. You can almost see it if you zoom down in game, so I'm perfecting it.

You should have seen it before. 0_o

Also, on that website, all the pictures of Locke that are ones from behind. -_-

lol.... for a second there i thought that was his Portrait!!!!!!

well if you can model edit, then take arthas' hair down a couple notches, add a headband and mod the face.... the only pic of Locke's face was done by Yoshitaka Amano*Shudder*, so i think you should probably take a look at the later final fantasy's characters, they all have the same basic design im sure you can come up with a face from i dunno, Cloud, Sephiroth, Squall, Zell, it shouldn't be hard seeing as its the same basic design

You could make a pretty good Cid Highwind (FF7 Cid) out of your Locke. ... Uh, does your model have a goate? Locke doesn't...

He's got a few wiskers on his chin, I think it makes him look a slight bit more like the rugged treasure hunter he is.

Here's the newest update, I'm starting to become pretty happy with it. After any changes tommorow, I'll start on the portrait. I'm thinking peasant, but if there's any model with a better head (no headgear, not much hair, no wierd talk animations) I'll use it. The villager, knight, and Arthas are already stuck out.

Shade the face and I think it just might be near-perfect

And the map to see the portrait and interface icons.

I think the portrait may still need some work.

Er, ya, the portrait may need a tad bit work... Though it is interesting watching his nose bob up and down when he talks. Was the knife model supposed to be in the test?
