Nice work Oinker (Y) Hmm so it doesn't cover individual anim transfers though, ah well I think I'll stick to raw editing anyway (no offense intended towards your program of course Oinkerwinkle ;) |

Same problem as IceKnight : the prgm says the animations have been transfered, but it doesn't move in the viewer. I'm using the .exe version. Do I have to use a specific directory in which to instal the program ? |

I agree with Xaran. Sometimes a man would like to make a single animations transfer and this program doesn't allow you to do that. Anyway, is there a program that would convert a model to max format with correct bone formation and links? Cuz doing this by hand takes a lot of time and sometimes, I'd only need to add one animation, but I have to do them all from scratch, because bone settings of the original are wierd... |

I think it might still get the errors, but just not show them. |

Impressive, I can't wait to try this out. This should also be a news post. |

I could have sworn I posted the new version. Anyway, I made a logic error that made it check for helpers and not bones. Here is it with that fixed. Single animation transfers are next. |

Is that one the vb one ? Because I just downloaded this one and tried to run the exe, but it won't work for me, when I convert the mdl with transfered animations back to mdx, it gives me the following error message (see attached picture). Do I have to extract it in a specific directory to make it work, or do I need specific vb files ? |

(but I don't think so, since I can run Warcraft 3 Viewer v2.3 and War3fileconverter, and I remember one of the two asked me to download vb dll files before installation) |

Armel, which units did you use? I want to try to recreate the error. |

I used the footman and tried to transfer Jaina's animations. It was a test with the new version you just released; with the previous one the transfer seemed to work, but I only got models with no animations in war3viewer. |

Wait, I just tried it with two other models (Kael and Priest) and it worked. There must be an incompatibility between the footman and Jaina. |
