I was pretty irritated by this thread because I had no idea what the contest was asking for since it has super bad instructions, but after having to read the entire thing I guess it''s just "draw naga" etc, or some crap.

As for judges, I think everyone who wants to be one should be able to judge, either that, or make it completely public where anyone on the entire site can vote for a piece of artwork.

As a newbie I'd probably get screwed if it came down to a popularity contest, but I think overal it'd be much better anyway.
