I was reffering to special effects, but technically, fog is a model (in some way).

well true fog is technicaly a model, and so are weather effects. i think it possable to skin weather effect. for example turning snow into falling leaves. but anything more than fog, weather and terrain is not alowed. triggered functions, such as the volcano spell (or at least the one i know of) are alowed as it is only a triggered change in terrain (excpet the fire)

As long as it needs to be. i said before somewhere. its not so much of a challenge, more of an exersise (however i cant put it in the weekly terrain exersise as it dosnt belong there), this will last as long as it dose, when everyones about done with it. well call it finished. if at that point, a public poll is called for, well have one

What are the maximum number of pictures? And does it have to be about the same thing? (Snowy mountain, a lake, etc.)

Icecrown looks cool, but the water should be deeper. Apart from that, its really cool. Good job.

And Wazza, your terrain looks great! :D

theres something funny about that water, even though the acctual height is equivilent to about 4 cliff levals down, its still transparent like shallow water. i guess it mucht be because i dont use normal cliffs, only very steep slopes

There's nothing wrong with icecrown water. It's just that the water in the more northern tilesets is usually clearer. Like in northrend, you can see clear down to the bottom even if the bottom is about three cliff levels down. Cold water is usually very clear.
