German newspaper? Really? Did it said German...? Just my luck... I live in the Netherlands I just finished my school, in 1 day I'm 18 and I still cannot speak a word german. (Or read a word german :\) It really just is my luck...*sigh*... Oh well, it must be a honour to be placed in a newspaper. |

Everyone must be jealous about it, (of course, me too) it isn't something that is done for everyone. But because it gets in the newspaper it must have placed a huge pressure on Darky and his team. So... perhaps it isn't always the best thing to have your project in the newspaper, but still, a fact is a fact, it remains a good thing and it has some beautiful honor (if that sentence made any sense). -Fladian |

Fladian: Gamestar is one of the three big players among German computer game magazines. ;) Good thing that Darky got his mod onto the Gamestar CD. |

Looking forward to the release! :D Congrats, I realize it takes a long time to come this far with a project. I still haven't gotten anywhere near this close to the finish line with my own project. And getting a review in a gaming magazine is one hell of an honor man ^_^ Happy birthday, and Congrats on the completion of ROTD - Iron_Ian |

Its nothing all that impressive, all you have to have is the right contacts. |

All the Warcraftiii.net projects were published on game sites like gamespot.com, gamespy.com and some others that I don't even know of. Plus, they were sometime previewed in gaming magazines as Warcraft III mods. So yeah, I agree with Jester on that one. |

All previous mentionings of 'Darky27' shall now be changed to 'Darky28' on pain of death. Any mistakes will be followed by the unneeded and annoying persument of many fanboys including myself. Anyways, congratulations on your birthday Darky, and good job on the campaign, can't wait to see how it turns out. |

Guess I'm a little late on responding to this heh. But yeah you're right Jester, its been volunteer-like work so far. But soon we are going to become a true game company, and both myself and Daemonkillar will eventually start being paid for our work if all goes well. Can't say much more then that, its sorta confidential. BTW is Reverie. ^_^ Quote:
Well you're right. But you don't see to many projects making it to 300,000 people from a gaming magazine ^_^ I'm hoping if I get my arse back to work on TTOA, I'll be able to get some more publicity for it, but I doubt that it will go as far as I truly want it to go. |

About Reverie: Should I be jealous? Do you make big bux? ;) |
