http://naimoka.com/index.php - regroupment of anime artists (ionno if this was mentioned b4)
www.domai.com - you may know this but its a nude female site for anatomy reference and poses its not free but you can find free ones on the site.
www.theroughsketch.com - a deviantartist site, very good art, contains nudity and mature content so view at your own risk :p

I didn't know where to post this.
I found a awesome stick figure layout site. stick figure is not the only way to draw you can use shapes or geometric forms or whatever.

I think its fun trying out all sorts of diff techniques/methods. There is so much freakin methods of drawing :o, but its fun and intresting.

Warning nudity( shows a man and his pee pee )

http://www.art.net/~rebecca/LifeDrawing1.html

has some good pointers on starting an observation drawing, measuring and all that jazz
http://www.dangheno.net/pteachingspg1.htm

Has alot of pointers on everything, but most of the topics are brief and unorganized.

I didn't really want to count, but I would estimate the images in this archive to number at least 3000 to 4000.

Damn.

Man, I really wish that I'd seen this site before shelling out 40 bucks for a copy of the Monster Manual, purely out of love for the artwork.
