Very good question about if it will be playable. Right now it runs fine with 1 person(me) I will finish the map put everything in, test it with about 6 people and when that is done and if lag does get to some annoying levels I will decrease amounts of trees and terrain changes but for now will stay because it gives it a real look. Amount of players is going to be about 6 more if possible.
If lag is not an issue then were good :D

You think your sooo cool dont you. Good job you kigured out how to edit the default map size. but have you figured out how to edit the loading screeen? it wont let you. ive done the same thing.

Anyway im glad your good at terain cuz im TERIBLE at it!!!! My maps are all flat! They SUCK so none have been released

Beside not havein a good loadin sceen , map tite, description ect YOUR MAP WILL BE ASWOME!!!
Ps there are files that let you edit the above. But they dont edit the loadin screen from what ive seen

Dont be a bastard, l33t. And ive played a world of warcraft game on bnet. By any chance was it made by you? It was kinda crappy, since the maker was definitly thinking starcraft. And please, make sure your game is good, and not flawed. Its annoying to get all hipped up just to be let down *krill*cough.

I don't want to be a pessimist, but a 480x480 online map lags a lot. I have a single player one, and you can even notice a little lag on my good comp.

Oh, and as of now, you CANNOT link maps on b-net.

You could have different terrained maps with defferents quest, that let you pick different tilesets to go to, as long as you keep most of the triggers the same. Did what I just say make any sense?

I think his map will be aswome! But... Hes getin cocky about da map size. It will lag like crazy... anyway i found out how to do maps bigger then 192-192 on MY OWN. AND i said his terain looks aswome! I SUCK AT TERRAIN!!!!!!

Just to let you know I am worried about the lag that can be produced when played online. Im am doing my best to limit it. It all depends on camera angel as well. Because the farther distance of the camera the more you can see which causes lag. Oh and if Electormag was talking about me about that World of Warcraft map it's not mine because I havent released mine. Made by yoda 24 guy at least the one im taking about.

There is a WoW map going around, is it related to yours? It has a quest system by typing in the word quest, and the map looks like the warcraft world.
