The humans might look like Algor's new skin. Thomas will probably be in Part V yes. |

Kicked *** Daemon. Already said that though. :D One question: how did you get so many tiles on the last part of 4. There's more than 10. If I had tha tmany tiles...I'd have better terrain. How do you do it? Do I get a simple little mod or am i going to have to do some work for it? I can't finish the graveyard for my cinematic(VoD) with just dirt and.....rough dirt. |

Use Zepir's map editor: Create a new blank map, add the tilesets by yourself and work on the map. If you already have a map, simply open it and add the new tiles. And for your graveyard, try using blight! |

We'll lets livein it up a bit. And to do that I suggest somethin like Part V being released oh say tomarrow? How bout it dk? Anyway the real reason i posted this is because of what nuladion said about skinning. After you skin it dont you have to save it as a .blp and go back in to the Image Extractor and open it there or somethin cause i always get an error when I do that |

I don't have much time to work on COTN right now, I've got the first scene's events all in my head and got the basic terrain. Right now I'm working on melee maps because I definitely want to win Blizz's contest. |

Wow quick post. And besides I was just kidding. If you did do it overnight it would probly be good not awsome like usual! And you doin the blizzard map contest hurts I was hopein I had a chance, anyway I cant find my CD key right now so I might have to borrow a friends from school. Also deamonkillar zepirs editor confuses me like no other. maybe add how to use it in the uber tool under cine development? |

Well I had added a tutorial about how to set more textures with Zepir's, but it got deleted. I'll try and rewrite it soon. |

You're right! # you extract a skin from the MPQ (use Image Extractor II) Save it as a .tga file # you edit the skin to your liking (using any paint program you want (preferably Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro)) # Use Image Extractor II to convert the modified .tga file to a .blp file # you use TechMPQ to insert the skin back into your map (NOT IN THE MPQ!!!). Make sure the path is correct and the file has the same name as the original # run your map in Wc3 and your unit should be skinned! (If you open your map in WE and save it, your skin will be reset and you'll have to insert it in your map again!) I recommend you look at PencilGod's skinning tutorial! ~ Nulad |
