I am currently working on getting this document in HTML form since I like it so much with an index frame so you can navigate much easier. It should be done in about a week since its alot of indexing and I will post it here. It will be in a cool built in web zip app called webexe it compresses the html files and makes them into 1 exe file so you simply download it to your desktop and click it like an icon and viola it opens a little web browser. :D

Also if your the creator TheJ89 reading this and you have a problem with this being done please let me know by PMing me nothing will be altered and your name will be at the top of the document and in the title of coarse.

P.S. I know you already posted something of this sort but the link is broken and I got alot of free time :D .

I tried to download TheJ89's HTML version of this guide and it was a dead link so I had some free time on my hands and made a new HTML version of this guide.

It took many hours around 20 probably but I finally got this guide into HTML format organized and easy to use it was loads of work and hand-coding. You can download it below all the goodness of this guide in one zip file ^_^ . Just unzip this file and place the exe file on your desktop and click it like an icon and the tutorial opens.

The exe file is actually all the html files compressed into a browser app which will launch when you click it. If I made the guide with frames without this app you would have about 5 different html files to keep in one place to run the thing.

P.S. If you are TheJ89 nothing has been altered and you have been fully credited for your work just to let you know. If there are any problems PM me. Also if you wish to change anything I will send you the HTML source files too.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS I HAVE UPDATED THIS GUIDE DUE TO BROKEN LINKS.

I tried to download TheJ89's HTML version of his trigger guide and it was a dead link so I had some free time on my hands and made a new HTML version of this guide.

I have submitted for this HTML version to have its own thread since most people won't read all the way down here but thats only if Draco approves it so even if it doesn't get approved having it here is enough for me :D .

It is really helpful. I have a problem though that was not solved by this tut. Help would be greatly appreciated.

In a map of mine, I have a variable that is an item-type array. It has a size of 5 and each number is a different shield item. I have a similair set-up for weapons and armos as well. I use WEU, not UMSWE... So sorry there. What I am trying to do is find out how I could make a condition check if a unit has any of the items in the item array in his inventory. Also I need to check (when he aquires an item) if the item is one of the items in the array.

Help on this subject would be much appreciated and would be worth a rep or two. Thank you.

Thanks for the great tutorial, could you please get every text together and save it as a file? Cause the copy+paste would take to long + it doesn't work so ;p thx

Here this should help you make this just a little bit more complete!!
This will be a brief explanation of Radians (Can't believe u don't know what these are...haven't u been to high school?)

Radians: A radian is a mathmatical number related to circles and the circles circumference! From what I remember: A circles circumference is equal to 2 PIE
now a radian is based off of pie and a circles circumference. A radian I do believe is approx 57.6 Degrees or 1 PIE..basically all they are is another way to find a point on a circles circumference just like degrees..but they take them out in chunks. Its another lame term and system some stupid ass matmatician had to make just to make everyones life harder (probably made his easier^^). Its something that goes like that...haven't had to deal with them for a while^^ btw if your not in HS just as a tip u will learn this in Core II Math and study some more on it in Core III Math but not as much as u did in core II (notice how math repeats things you learned years ago...so annoying)

This is the most complete set of explainations that I have found.

I have recommended it to several people on other sites looking for explanations.

Keep up the GREAT Work
