Guest | Its alot nicer if you ppl could use the [img] - tag to show off images, and store em on a place like boomspeed.com. I hate clicking on "attachment" :p Just nitpicking.. Very nice work! I like the female orch alot! |

Give more detail to those lizzardmen, they look way too soft for a lizzard. |

I hate to be an asshole RightField, but those skins really look like a bunch or queer mall dinosaurs. I do not like the funky colours at all, maybe if you gave them a more realistic look they'd be better. |

I thought they looked more like those little rubber plastic multicolored dinosaurs that you can buy a giant bag of them for 5 cents or so. To each his own, I guess. |

I sort of like the chameleon one, it's an interesting mix of colors...but the other ones look...well, bizarre. Maybe if you add more of a scaley effect it might look better. |

Guest | Here's a better version of the Demon Hunter armor I was messing with. Gave him some chainmail leggings, which kinda look pretty neat. The goal was to make him more of a high ranking dark elf, instead of an outcast. The designs on the wrist guards show the team color. That and the glows.. Most of the lefternmost (is that a word?) pictures are with him as "neutral passive" so you can actually see the armor through the glow. Comments are welcome, if I like I might revise, but this was just to learn with.. On to bigger and better things. |

Guest | Exn: He's kinda hard to see.. you know you can hold control and move the mouse to change the angle.. or maybe it's control+right mouse+ move.. something like that. anyway, I was messin with some pictures and found these, so I looked for a model with a shield/axe and tried a go at the skin.. Not too bad.. I still want to replace the gold trims with silver, I might do something with the helmet, but it gets stretched funny so I havn't though much about it yet. I was thinking about making the boots the same as the artist, but the first ones i made fit the model perfectly on the vertexes.. so wth, i left it as is. suggestions? |

Nice! You realy didn't have mcuh to work with with the head, The only thing can think of to improve it it to change the axe to one that looks more like his, although you probably wouldn't be able to nitice it in game. |

Guest | Ya i wanted to change the axe.. :( badly.. Check out the model tho.. the model uses a itty bitty part of the skin and streches it for both sides and the top.. actually it's a square the size of the top of the axe. Kinda sucks. and i can't alpha it out either since it's a big triangle.. I love that guys axe tho.. it's too bad. Ya i didn't know what to do for the face either. Black didn't look good, gave it a blue hint then desaturated it.. tried to make him look dead.. i probably could dodge it a bit. Dunno, I'll repost when i finish the trim. Maybe I'll be able to come up with something by then. :D |

The first skins I've ever done, and personally I'm just pleased as punch that I could actually see them in the game. Nothing too complicated, I just changed the Jaina skin into that of an older woman of the woods. Basic changes were: made eyes green, changed hair to white, covered her mid-riff and raised her bust-line (she's an old woman!), altered her clothing to have a bit of a dirty look, and changed her face so it would look more haggard and wrinkled (I think it turned out working pretty well). The other is the beginning of me changing the Assassin into a pale-skinned variant. Once I learn alpha-channels I hope to get rid of the enormous shoulderpads and the elven ears :) ![]() |

Guest | You did a great job altering Jainas age.:D There isn't much great about the other one, but the old woman looks exactly like an old woman should look (On a game that is) BTW, I posted this before I think, but I forgot where.. Can someone tell me a way to lighten/darken/turn reddish/etc. A certain part of the body or hair? Would it work to select what you want to change with the magic wand and change the color the same way you usually do it with the whole unit? |
