What Do you need most to complete your mod/campaign?

For modifications like mine, skinners and modellers are the most important thing (although alot of people put too much stock on custom art, just getting a well balanced release is hard enough).

I can code and edit SLKs like a god, but when it comes to art I downright stink (except for a bit of talent in structure modelling), so for my mod, modellers are the things I need most, but they're not the most important thing a project can have.

I voted other, i need like...pushing to complete a map. I always make maps and get really far into them, i completely made one rpg up to the triggers, terrain, units, spells, custom icons models blah blah. and just needed to finsih the triggers and lost interest and quit.

I make alot of maps that could be really fun but i just lose interest and stop working on it.

in my time, Ive finished three campaigns, going on the fourth now, and I know this: its the people who go solo that seems to finish most. Darky, Deicide, Razorclaw. they do the core stuff, the essentials, then they find people who do the bonus stuff for them that they add, making their projects better.

at least, thats how they seem to do it...

back on topic: what do I need to finish my campaign? nothing. yay!

I'm not absolutely needing it, but a JASS Guru would be very very good for my campaign, especially for things like d&d rulez or dialogues.

I got two good and hard-working modelers (Borric, Rondo), one of them is skinner, too, $tranger helps me with the most triggers and I make all the terrain and the most skins without new models.

terrainer mostly, and generally people who actually work and dont jump off the project as soon as you want them to work

My experience with teams is somewhat bad, atm I managed to get a triggerer and a semi-decent terrainer, but both lack time, and I havent plenty either.
