Well, those characters are the ones that I will be working on. I suggested to have other artists design them since they will/might be working on them as well. They will probably add more characters along the way. It would be great if you could join the chain comic...

I think the inexperienced character will be more reflected by the apprentice. The witch doctor must be an experienced one since he is the healer of the entire group. Remember, they were hand picked by Thrall himself.
I was thinking about having a female in the group, but orc females are hard to draw. It is really hard to make them look good... With the tusks and all... And I thought of having a half orc, but that would not work if you are going to add some humans and elves added during the course of the comic... They would pretty much look alike.
I was thinking the master will be well built and the apprentice will be a agile orc. (skinny to orc standard)

LazarusX and Darkangel_56, it's your turn to design some of the characters. You could make some new characters, and maybe I will try to introduce them or glimpes them during my pages. Or make the story so that later introduction of these characters would not be so sudden.
Like Thrall telling them they will meet up with a group of other races(undead, human, elf, etc) to show the way or something...

This sounds like it is going to be awesome, one question, other than any Night Elven characters, are there going to be any female characters in that party?

one request for a character(Night Elven) to add in when ever you want to(if you want to) is an extremely skilled(hero type skill level) huntress.
My idea for when they meet her is when the party comes across the remnants of a devastating battle between the undead and the NE. one of the trolls hears her weak breathing from near by. they find her surrounded by the(permanently) dead remains of multiple undead units and 2 undead hero units ,and the warriors in the party are very impressed(except for one or two). no other NE units are within about 50yards, and she is near death(not unsavable though). the troll witch doctor thinks her skill will be very useful in their mission, and decides to save her. she is grateful to him and decides to help them to repay her dept to the witch doctor. She ends up becoming a very valuable, permanent, ally to them.

I will post my picture of a huntress(without her tiger) that im working on, you can use it to get an idea for what my requested character can look like. Is it alright if i post it here?

Rain, that idea for the Orc Warrior looks fine. Maybe he should be a bit smaller though. At his current size, he could easily be a stunt double for... oh, say... Mannoroth!

But, I've been thinking, maybe the tank in the group should be a Tauren. I mean, since we're doing a comic about the horde, we should probably include the Tauren.

Or maybe we could get real freaky and make the Witch Doctor a Tauren.

Anyways, I'd just like to put up a few comments about the Trolls.

My idea for the 'Big Momma Witch Doctor' is only an idea. I like it, as I really think the wisest, and best Witch Doctor would be some fat lady who spends all day whispering to herself about the spirit world. And that made me think of Madame Cleo... for some reason. I dunno, personally, I'm putting my effort into the two Troll Berserkers who accompany the group, so if someone has a different take, then, by all means, show us.

About the two Trolls. First, in terms of World of WarCraft classes, I see them as either Hunters or Rogues... probably Rogues. Also, I had some thoughts on how it is they got into the group.

The first idea involves some extreme and absurd coincidence. Like, Thrall tells them to wait at this certain place, at this certain time, and that then they will meet up with the two greatest Troll Assassins ever. But, things go awry, and the group ends up stumbling into the two Troll Rogues, and they end up thinking that they are the legendary assassins (hilarity ensues).

The other idea involves Thrall being much more insightful that he's given credit for. The reason he puts the two trolls in the group is not because they're particularly strong... or bright... or anything useful, they just have very strange luck. Every single mission that the two trolls have gone on has suffered some calamity. But, they and their companions always return home safe with a mission successfully accomplished, though sometimes by some absurd means.

Here some practice & concepts for characters. (I did them all in around 30 mins. - sorry they are really sketchy (nothing was cleaned))

As for the developement of the comic........ we need at least a general storyline and overall main goal (quest). It will be important to introducing new characters, to allow newcomers to tag along the main group that will be the focus, which in this case seems to be the orcs. Other races, groups, parties will probably start out in other regions as alt. focus, basicly fresh air, 'til they meet up with the focus group. From there.... it just be who the artist would like to use for the point of view during the 'journey'.

I have pretty much what I want to do with my pages in my head. An introduction of the characters' strength and abilities, with the basic plot in a flashback form. I guess we have a female orc then.
Mind if you could design the rest of her body? She is the BM apprentice right? Some sort of background info could be useful as well.

I am thinking that she is an orc hybrid of elf and human. The burning region used dark magic to create a new breed of new race that has the strength of the orcs, agility and dexterity of the Elves, and the violent nature of the humans.

You made couple characters I needed to start with. I will send you my plot I have so far via PM.

Well I was thinking that Thrall would not really ask the 'noble' Taurens to assasinate someone. I think the tauren will not really like the idea of assassination. This is a secret mission only known by Thrall and those involved. BTW Taurens are just too slow.

as for a main quest how bout a cheezy quest for soul crystal shards that grant immense corrupting power and the ability to absorb dead souls to augment our power!!! so the fellowship has to collect them and theres betrayal, rape and much more!!!! lol u tcan takew off the rape part.

Ok, I did another quick sketch of one of the Trolls. You have to remember that these guys are stu-pid. If you've ever seen Dude, Where's my Car?, they're like Jesse and Chester. Like Bud and Doyle from the Pauly Shore flick Bio-Dome.

Here's the story around this pic. This Troll has been begging the Witch Doctor, the whole time, for some of their "magic mushrooms" (shrooms). Finally, the Witch Doctor can no longer withstand their stupidity and breaks down and hands out the shrooms. One of them takes a bite and this panel is what would happen.

Sorry it doesn't look more refined, but PhotoShop wasn't feeling cooperative.

I'm thinking of drawing up a sample action sequence of the two, just so you can see how they look in action.

I just realized that we have 5 artists, not four.(did not count myself) Since undertow designed three characters, we do not have enough characters...
We still need the POV character BM design, and one more character.

Erwtenpeller and Darkangel_56, create a new character or design the BM, OK? Or I could just not have a new character...
