What do you think about the NEW Download System now?

i dont like the new downloads section cuz whenever i put my cursor over an icon for a download, the lil pic disappers and its like the page has to load again... i liked the old format better, or a completely different one

plz switch back to the old download system plz plz plz plz plz i dont like the new DL system it SUCKS!!! :< :< :< :< :<

The sections should be organized by date like the old one was.

Why? Don't say it sucks without any reason.

The thing about the new download system is its more versatile than the last. but one downside to being more versatile is inevetably being more complicated. so just play with all the buttons and see what you can do. most peoples complaints are about things the DL site can do. the only bad thing ive found so far is the lag. which is supoed to be gone soon, or at least i think it is

thats a good point, i forgot about that, having to DL a model then find the skin in a different section could be imroved upon

Good one, actually you have to see the site before judging it ,the site asks you to import the skin if it needs it

The lag is greatly reduced, and I loaded the whole model page in less than 6-10 seconds! Also, you can now open new windows in Compact mode, as well as Detailed mode. The pictures also no longer disappear when you hover your cursor over it. Or maybe thats just me.

And I thought it already used .zip not .rar?

The site would probably work better if it didn't show the mini map until you actually select that map to view. Limiting the number of search results just makes it take longer to look through everything Another problem is that I can't scroll to see large pictures. I really liked the old WC3 campaigns downloads better, there was a map search, browse by letters also.

If theres one thing people are good at its copmplaining. (and no this isnt an admition to anything about all those rep threads ive posted so much in. im even better at complaining when thees somehting that needs to be complained about)

New server now... website is fast as hell ;-)

that is fast, damn fast :D

i reckon the dl section rocks. even before the server change i had hardly any lag, it was as fast as most sites like it. and theres so many parametres we can mess with :D makes searching heaps easy. it rocks!
