These are tutorials, aka techniques, but they still go in the tutorials section no matter how "mini" they are.

Its no big problem actually, it just needs cleaning up and put in the right area. Well then all the tutorials for art should go in here dont you think?

most people dont visist the tutorials section all that often. look at how any newer members post questions here (and other forums) that have awnsers easliy avalible in the tutorial section. threads like this reduce threads like that. just like the tips of the trade thread in the terrain forum
Back on topic slighty. these tutorials shoudl be really useful when i learn to skin after exams

Its not because its not looked at enough it is that its hard to find and nobdy likes being treated as a noob....
I had spoken about what your saying but it was deleted by young moderators. The tutorials section should be rethought out if its come down to having random threads in the wrong sections just for easy availability sake.

the tutorails sexction is good as it is, but more suited to those who know the basics and wish to know more advanced stuff, not that good for newer members

Are we allowed to comment on the tutorials? If so, Andy, even though its a pretty good way to get semi realistic metal with rust, it doesnt really work in the blizzard universe. Of course following blizzards style is not necesary but it does make alot of skins shine out of the lot when its done blizzards way, take ROR skins for example.

Very nice andy. Jester is right but it dosen't matter all of these are too detailed for blizzard. But blizzards skins aren't fantastic anywayz and we won't be skinng wc3 forever (can wait for doom 3!!!). So make more.
