Rcm2 I got to admit its a nice picture sweep but your signature is, again, too big. Signatures by nature should be only 500x150pixels at max and it should be more into the width than the height. Instead of just manipulating the image and creating animations, why not make your own signature design(or make me make it for you)? The .gif animations look pretty good, don't it? Well I have just downloaded the 30-Day Trial of Macromedia's Flash and i'm reading tutorials on how to work with it. Expect your Signatures to be 1000x better than showed above. Flash does a really good job on flowing animations fluently and taking up less space. Luckily, space doesnt matter because those images posted in the first page were just less than 300kb in size and www.imageshack.us acccepts up to 1mb per image post. This conludes this statement: Everyone else's forum signature will be temporarily delayed for more than 2 weeks (until September 14). The current signatures in progress are Kleptic_Souls, Elite_Master, RTM2 and TheReaper's. Please also take your time asking forum moderators if Flash .SWF can be hotlinked in this forums. Also, this forums are really distracting me from working so instead of posting everyday I will be posting every 3 days :). Other reasons like managing Clan XSII on Lordaeron, Hiring a Web Designer to create a Clan XSII official website, Creating Icons and Interfaces for that website, also sketching concepts for the official XSII map, The Ghost Omen. Ok, good. And by the way, can some one tell me how to, well make thos sigs like animate. i mean what should i write in these "[ ]" thingies? img or what? |

Sorry for the comment above, RTM2, just ignore it. Dont worry about "how" to make it because it will require a great knowledge of Photoshop and Art Animation. I will be posting Tutorials in these forums in the near future on how I made the signatures. You can then combine that technique with other people's technique to make your own personal Signature. Elite_Master, Yeah I will make the Elite Fire the weapon. Usually I give around 2-4 samples of the same signature but again, as I stated earlier, I am very busy studying *Macromedia Flash 2004* ^_^. So now you know the reason why it is taking a long time for your final sig, Elite. Sorry for the inconvieniece. HyperShadovv, Your marine signature has already been started and it wouldnt hurt to put some borders and him somehow walking or breaking that border then shooting, would it? And obviously you want your name in the signature so it will be *yours*. Again there are still 4 requests in progress; Kleptic_Soul, HyperShadovv, Elite_Master, and RTM2 (im_Back). So please be patient on this, if your name wasnt mentioned (which I highly doubt that I missed someone) then you should post here. Fixing the error in my early post, it shouldn't take 2 weeks to learn Flash. The reason it stated September 14th is because XSII is also doing Voice Acting and also planning for the Press-Release of the upcoming Cinematic and game called *The Ghost Omen*. Just should you know, Elite_Master, that your signature has only 9 frames. Contrast to that, it has exactly 316 Layers ^_^. I, personally, will post facts based on your comments. XSII Facts: [] Borders stays the same in every frame. [] Animations are really easy to do, just copy and paste the layer and simply erase or add something in the picture. [] Elite_Master's signature took only 40 minutes of total work. [] Animated .Gif files must be optimized so that everyone can see it. Typically Signatures are 500x150 at max and shoudnt be more than 500kb. |

Hi, I'd like to get one done. I't should be pretty simple but yea... Ok all I want is a combination of the three pics below - Phonix between canyons (try to blend him in). -War3 Symbol in lower right corner. -The words "Phoenix Fantasy" with a shredded/burnt look too them with maybe a bit of fire coming of text or if no fire try to make it glowing -Add a border u like to it or 1 that you think I might like I converted all pics to .jpeg so they easy to DL and they should be at a decent scale to fit. I dun want it sig like...more like a combo between advertisement banner/sig. Also if I could get an avatar sized one that would be good as well!!^^ Thanks, ~Valdez |
