Second... haven't you seen STAR WARS? Watch the original Trilogy... and you should be able to figure it out. Specifically watch The Empire Strikes Back! the big white gorilla thing that grabs Luke and takes him to its cave is the Wampa.

Cookbook entry

Bucket Helm Soup:

1.Bucket Helm Warrior

1,Hit bucket helm warrior over head with club.
2,Drag Bucket head warrior back to a giant vat of boiling water.
3,Debone bucket helm warrior if dezired.
4,After a long bath in the hot water pour the warrior goo into the Bucket helm cap hole with Flesh.
5,Let simmer for 5 hours.
6,Enjoy soup.
