I Challenge Someone To An Ud City!

Check out the tips of the trade thread, its got most stuff like that, but in essence, go to object editor, and set the pathing to mushroom cattill.......
With no pathing objects can be placed half in one another. But a good point about the units on the stairs, how did you do units at variouse heights with only one leval of pathing problem, are those units doodads, or were you very very careful with invisble platforms?

the units are doddads...if not it would be inposible to have that way :D


as for the stadium i used CnP a lot....and ctrl pg up/dn.. :>

this has been bugging me for ages, what re thos walls on the colusem made of, not the support coulumbs, the little walls on the sides of the balconies?

Wow, the only thing could guess was those interior wals model in the dl section, but those only appeared long after you coluseum

I thought the colosseum was made of support columns. not bookshelves

it is made of support colums.....the balconys's wall part is the part thats made of bookshelfs. look at the pictures u can tell :>

you've got to tell me how u made those stairs on the second pic, on the left side of the building.... and how u made the balconys in that arena type room... I MUST KNOW good job btw :D

Wow this is kind of old, like one of the first ones in the challenge section. I guess they can't read (I suppose that might include myself). To stack doodads and raise them up you would need to set it to no pathing like mushroom pathing for example and then use ctrl+ page up to move them up and then you move them on top of each other. The stairs were probably made using legless tables and then moved up into position. I think the balcony might be the same way too along with bookshelves rotated so that it doesn't show the books. Oh and it's spelled phoenix but they have their names that way because they want to I suppose. It is also pronouced pheonix with a long e which is why it is odd the way it is spelled.

I think the undead take the trees (wood) and the gold, and they open a rift that sends the supplies to the Black market, at the other side of the Warcraft World, the part that Blizzard never told you about, and then the black market of the scourge sends them their order of a building from the "Undead Weekly Magazine" through the dark Warp Rift, and it takes 2-4 minutes of delivery via rift. Damn those slow mailing services!
