Nature's Call - Return of the Dragons

I hope RoTD was better then the first... I personally thought the first was the worst campaign I played.

Just so you know Spider Queen came out over a year ago, before TFT and all its conveniances.

And yes RotD is better than the first, tho it still has spelling and grammar mistakes. So overlook those.

I found two more bugs. In the map (not the submap) where you get the mindworm, there was a certain Centaur I possessed which immediately died for no reason and then I had two mindworms.

In the map where your dragon is flying to Northrend, I got the spellbook, used it to travel to Northend and then finished the level with the spellbook still open. Upon reaching the next level I noticed it was still open so I closed it which made all the items in my inventory disappear.

When looked at bugs and grammar, The Spider Queen was definilitly better (when it just was released for ROC), though by gameplay RotD is better.

Anyway, shouldn't there be a thread somewhere, specialy made for bugs?

I suppose so, there are a ton of bugs, makes it kinda agitating, im in level 6, the fly across the ocean, so i get sucked into a tp, and ported to, i guess lordareon, and so I am freaking stuck here, i can't go anywhere, i killed everyhting there is to kill, and i can get into that castle because of lighthing things that shoot me away. THe maze thing, i got stuck severao times, just make insert, delete and hold it, it will make your cam normal, then you can get by the stuck part, im scared to use my potions, everytime i am about to die, i use a potion, and it kills me heh heh, but i am stuck on level 6 anyone know how to get outta lordaeron???!

except for female and a few npcs here and there..

look for me next in FOK...whenever that comes out :P

It's cool that you can control your voice that well.

@Everyone: Some abilities have the same hotkeys, so when you have both heroes selected and press the hotkey, both spells are casted.

@ICBM: I doubt he can "control his voice" that well, it's probably mostly sound programs and filters to change his voice.

As for the grammar errors, there were a lot more than just Darky working on this project, he could have easily asked a native English speaker to proofread.

Meta, Kazz, and some of the minor characters weren't edited..
the Tree npc, nerubians, lich, ogres, etc...
those were indeed edited..

voice actors, even the best can only do so many voices..
which is why if you watch cartoons you recognize alot of voice actors..even if they are doing a "different" voice. so I didn't want you to think you were listening to like...1 person doing all the voices..
so I hope it seemed like a gigantic cast :P

This is a great campaign, but I've encountered one bug. For some reason I cant get the goblin hero past the rocks and support beams in the fifth level. I was able to deactivate 6 generaters by using the god mode cheat and summoning chaos spiders inside the maze.

I cant get past the level because of this, and I'd like to know if anyone else had this problem.

Well Niro I'm not too sure which Dragon you chose, but I chose Yzelda, and what I had to do was reach lvl 6, and use her ultimate which is Daydream. Use it on the gnoll encampment to obtain the item to detect the power generators that are hidden holding the temple up. If you eliminate the gnolls, you'll have to start over though. :(

Oh god.. the lagg is so terrible.. map five locked up the entire game and I can't seem to get through the bloody maze. Over and over I try clicking on the screen, the mini-map, but the archs are too much of a hinderment. I seriously believe that using normal pathing blockers would've worked, not mass archs.

I didn't even know what I was supposed to destroy at first either, I just thought those crystals were doodads until when I got past the first two I moved my mouse over one. Then I continually get stuck and am unable to move. Not that I'm complaining, you put a whole lot of work in this yet there are still numerous bugs.

Lol i chose the Fire Dragon, somethinglezta or something, i killed everything that i could, cept the trolls cause they were invulnerable, i couldn't get the gnolls to talk to me at all, so i burned them to a crisp, so, I wandered around for another 10 mins, burnning up trees, so, finally I try to go into the castle again the other 1000 times it blew me back, so i go in the gate way, in the exact middle of it, and the stuff doesn't shoot me, took me like 1 hour to do something so easy..... oh well.

ok guys. ive only played about 1/4 of the first campaign and ive noticed about 4 spelling/grammar errors. IMO, if youre going to release a campaign and you dont care if people notice a crapload of errors, good for you. but if you plan on people playing it and saying "well, that was a very professionally done campaign" you're gonna have to do better with some of the stuff thats easy to miss.

and CAPITALS at the beginning of a sentence.

seeing a cinematic with dialogue that looks like this as opposed to what blizzard does is a lot less pleasing to see, especially if its a group like you guys, WoZ, or OH that has been around for a long time and gets all the praise when their mod FINALLY comes out, but a little modder with no status at all like me notices a number of errors? c'mon. do better. even if you're not american, have someone either do it for you that can type properly, or someone to proofread. i for one am turned off by this, and probably wont continue playing the campaign. nice try.

You aren't supposed to, later on you can buy a boat to go upriver and grab your goblin friend.
