Rise of Nekrix Skins

Kojoro, sure I could use some help. Since Loony and I are a bit stuck on the Ghoul (Vampire born of a Human mother) you can try it. I basically need it to look more human, but still look like a raging beast.

Loony: I haven't made one, and I probably won't. I wrote a short story about his rise to power in the Map Developtment thread "Post your projects here", but Nekrix is really new to being so powerful. For that matter, he meets Kalandornyo pretty early on (Right now it's set for the second level) and they join up.

The Blood effect is nice, and it's about the level that I wanted for the mage (not too much). Still need to change the look of his outfit though. I'd remove the teamcolors from that thing on his back (Keep the balls on his gown, those are cool) and I'd put some gothic designs there.

will do and by gothic do you mean Similer to Nekrix's outfit?

I don't want everyone to look too similar. By gothic I meant something you'd expect to see in a horror movie.

I have an idea that would be HARD, but cool if done right. Make his back a twisted stained glass picture. It could be one of Nekrix becoming a God or something.

so for gothic lots of greys and blacks?

Greys, Blacks, Dark Greens, Dark Reds, and White (usedonly for emphasis) are all good.

I'd show you what I mean, but my Photoshop trail ran out, and uninstall/reinstall doesn't fool the f#cker! Anyone know how to get rid of whatever file is telling the computer my 30 days are up?

If you reset the clock on your computer back days, it works just fine, *chuckle* I don't know about if you uninstall and reinstall... But... *shrug*

Yo this is just a little advice from you freindly neighborhood psycho killer, Make kal white to match the armor

I'm not even making Kalandornyo anymore, I got PencilGod to do it (if he ever fits it into his busy schedule lol). Kalandornyo looks truly sadistic with dark skin and glowing white armor and hair. It's called CONTRAST, an artistic tool that is very effective at showing evil or power in a person.

Ta da! ...It doesn't look as good as my other ghoul for some reason... But I made clothes for him, so that it would show a little more that he was born of a human mother... and blue frost ridden eyes to show that hes part vampiric... *shrug*

Ooooooo, I like it! The only thing that needs changed is the skin color. Make the skin color more pinkish (If you want to cheat, you could always take the skin color from an existing human unit :ggani: )

PS: If you're going to show several different angles, also include the portrait. You have to make sure a unit looks good in the portrait!

Hell yeah guys! I just posted here to tell the world that I got my Warez Photoshop finally and it works! Now I'll be able to get back to skinning! :ggani:
