A unique midevil boarder. Maybe some animation to the Text (maybe have fire burn the words into it if thats possible?).
Try to keep it as near to a Fantasy feel as Possible..a nice W3 logo would be good as well!^^

Basically its up to u then. remember I need it in a sig size, well maybe a bit taller than a normal sig..about 2x as high? and I need an smaller version about half the width of your sig.

on mine could you make a slide were it quickly flashes the halo stmbol (no border need on that slide and if it is to much trouble just forget about it
